THE REAL MNNIT

The course curriculum is very nice and very well designed for all the first and second year students. The labs and workshops are well equipped with most highly advanced machines. The course curriculum is or syllabus is very close to the syllabus of IES or gate examination.

Many companies come to recruit interns in our college. In terms of opportunities we have that in ample amount. All typ s of companies come to our college like software, core, consulting and banks etc.

Campus placements are great in an NIT. Mnnit has the second best placement scenario in India after nit suratkal. Even if you fail in campus placements you will do better than more than 90% of the graduates that year.

The tuition fee is 93000 pet semester for every student who does not claim any reservation. For OBC NCL and GEN EWS students the semester fees is 51833 and for sc st students and ped students the fees is 31833. Hostel fess is 12000 pet semester which is included in above fees. The mess fees is 25000 per sem which is same for everyone.

Culrav is our annual cultural fest and aviskar is name of our annual technical fest. In aviskar other colleges also participate and compete against our college students. There are many clubs in our college involving drama, dance and art and many more.

Hostels rooms are great. We get upto 250mbps internet speed amwith Lan port. Mess food is also great. The only issue with our mess menu is we don't get to eat non veg. Hostel fees is 12000 per sem and mess fees is 25000 per sem. In mess you get 4 times food.

To get into an NIT you need to appear in jee mains exam where you will face around a million students. Here you need to get rank around 30k to get here. Your rank does guarantee you a seat in nit but it does not guarantee you your department. You need to go through josaa counselling for that.

Faculty members are highly qualified in every way. Every professor I meet has either done his PhD from abroad or an IIT. Some of the professor I find difficult to deal with but they all are highly well educated.
