The college is overall well managed and well maintained. The campus is small but clean. The college enforces rules pretty strictly and use of mobiles is not tolerated. Overall if you're an average student you can choose SIES GST over RAIT if interested in

I scored 105 in CET. It was enough for me to get a seat because overall scores were low. Chose this college as per my score and convenience because I live in Thane.

We have an Entrepreneurship development cell which also offers internships. I did not avail this opportunity as I secured an internship from elsewhere. The general stipend though is performance based and around 3000.

Wipro,L&T,Hexaware,Infosys,TechMahindra,NSE IT are the major firms coming in for placements. The packages offered are miserable with average salary being around 2.25L pa. Printing and packaging has recently spurred the placements and have firms especially coming in for them.

Cognition' (Technical Festival) is the major festival of college. Many students from Navi Mumbai turn up for this. RAIT being down the street also forms a majority of the crowd.'Tatva Moksha Lakshya' (Cultural Festival) is the cultural fest with cultural events unenthusiastically conducted. People just try to click photos and leave. Sports are also conducted in this festival. Matrix is an intercollege contest for geeks based on science.

The fees this year increased and were 95,670. The fees is little steep for a college of this category. Nevertheless we cannot really complain given the infrastructure and location of the college.

No scholarship offers are available yet. The students have to look out for the scholarships privately if any. Loans are not available either. The college office has tie ups with some lending firms.

Robotics and similar competitions are rare. The college has multiple societies like NSS,CSI,IEEE,ISHRAE,IETE,IPI and SAEINDIA. They arrange lots of extra curricular events in the college. The labs are in excellent condition. Sports are not encouraged and students usually go to RAIT campus for playing football. Aarambh is an acting club of the college which promotes drama. There is also a literary club. There are absolutely no parties in the college. Workshops are frequently conducted by the societies.

Canteen is common and shared by other colleges like MBA,Commerce etc. But it is overall very spacious though crowded most of the time. The south-Indian food is very good. Sadly there is no hostel for SIES and students might have to live on PG basis. There

There is no real Alumni network of the college as the college is relatively newer. Seniors interact with juniors during fests and there have been no complaints about bullying or other mischief.

Labs are strict in the college. Much emphasis is given to timely completions. Exams are conducted as two unit tests. We have to pass individually in both though the teachers help every stuent pass with grace marks.

The faculty of computer department is very lenient. Same is not the case with other departments. Most teachers in our department are very good and teach well. Other departments often complaint about not-so-qualified teachers. SIES GST follows the course s
