Teachers and faculty are really very Frank with us.
The canteen as well as the whole college is always very clean.

Dislikes

There are no frequent classes.teachers are quite lazy.
There are many rules in library and also many type of fine in library

Course Curriculum Overview

The Bcom(H) course is quite good for every student who want to know about finance and business but from the college we never get any practical knowledge of business or finance which is really important for real life.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In my case,our course is very affordable.We paid 2,000 as a admission fees.and if you above 60% on your H.S.Exam so you will also get 12,000 per year as a scholarship by West Bengal government.there are very less chance to get any job by campus.

Campus Life

I want to highlight this I am now in 2nd year but as now we don't get any freshers.otherwise i get quite good friend circle in college.Every year college organise a basanto utasav on Holi and and sports compitition.

Admission

You will get the addmission from link in college website.This is easy to fill.Just you have to give your some documents & details and if you come from reservation group then you need very low cut-off otherwise in B.com(H) atleast you need 80% to enrollment in college.

Faculty

Faculty is one of the strongest pillar of maharaja Manindra chandra college.In Bcom(H), faculty is really well trained.A single teacher is able to take a 100 students class.as well as they teach us with very good examples.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

My mysterious college life

I got selected for other colleges too for this course . But I took admission in this college over any other colleges because of the faulty that I have heard from my brother . Another reason is the location. Yes it's the another reason as it's really easy to find out this college . And our college is just 1 min away from the metro station gate no 3. And any bus is available from that place . The college rating is also good . I got rejected from 1 particular college but I've no regret for that . The eligibility criteria of our college is that one have to get atleast 70 % for general and 45% for sc st and other . Admission is way more easy...Read More
