Remarks

Speaking about the faculty there is no college which has all good faculty members. You will always find 1 or 2 faculty members who are not good. Same is the scenario with this college. Almost every faculty members are supportive except 2 or 3. They are so irritating you won't even feel discussing anything with them

Entrance Preview

As I had no idea about Engineering colleges, I started talking to my seniors. So according to the senior students the infrastructure was not that good (which even I felt after visiting the college), but the teaching was decent. So that was the major reason behind me for choosing this particular college

Course Curriculum Overview

3

I am 2018 pass-out so I would be discussing the old syllabus (since the syllabus is going to be Changed in few years). Speaking about our syllabus it was very ordinary nothing to shout for. The old technologies were being taught. but fortunately, the new syllabus contains new technology like python and advance java

Internships Opportunities

Talking about internship then no internship is provided by the college. You have to search it for yourself.

Placement Experience

2

In 2018 only 1 company visited the college. This doesn't mean they won't give you the opportunity. The best thing is they give you too many opportunities in the form of pool campuses. So if you work hard you can crack the pool campus and get a job. but seriously it's not that easy to get a job in pool campuses

College Events

2.5

The college has two main events. The technical fest and cultural fest. Technical fest consists of all the technical events by various departments whereas the cultural fest also known as rythm which is conducted in the month of January consists of all your fun activities like dancing, singing etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for open category students is around 1lakg rupees every year. For castes, it's around 60 percent less as compared to open category Students. TFWS has ten Thousand. Per year.so. Try to get a TFWS seat if you are eligible.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

I have not stayed in the hostel so no idea by the way college doesn't provide hostel facility. If you stay far then you will have to manage everything of your own.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students at my time were very cooperative and very helpful. They were more like friends than seniors.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is as guided by the University of Mumbai. It consists of eight semesters. Each year contains two semesters. The first and final year papers are checked by another college whereas second and third year are checked in college itself. And also there is 2 unit test. In each sem

Admission

I had a Jee score of 50 and 69 percentage in my 12th. So matching my criteria I applied for around 20 colleges. So in the first list, I was allocated to this institute. So instead of searching for other institutions, I decided to stay with what got in the first list.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.
