Likes
- The college is very serious about studies. They first complete studies then only other co curriculum activities.
- There are so many labs for respective subjects. All days labs are conducted.
- The classrooms are Air conditioning and smart board is also fixed.
Dislikes
- The canteen is not too good and small in size but they are building new cafeteria.
- There is no hostels in the college so many students live in nearby PG's.
- As per other colleges this college area is not too large.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is computer Engineering which is the best course in Engineering stream so all needs the best and in this course many scopes are there in future. For being a Engineer the college faculties prepares all students very well.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees is 1 lakh 10 thousand. The college provides many scholarship schemes for different categories of students. I paid only 16 thousand rs for Second year ( sem 3&4) Engineering Computer branch as I was under EBC means whose Income is less than 8 lakh and is a girl and got admission from CAP round. There are many more schemes like if your income is less than 8 lakh for both boys and girls then need to pay half fees. Then for SC & ST have to pay only 5 thousand per year.
Campus Life
As every College as 3 main events i.e. technical, cultural and sports this college also conducts these main events 1. Technical known as Vector 2. Sports as Kurukshetra 3. Cultural as Rhythms these are conducted in the month of feb-march every year.
Admission
In this college there are two streams Engineering and pharmacy then in Engineering there are 7 branches 1. Computer 2. IT 3. IOT 4. Civil 5. EXTC 6. Mechanical 7. AIDS Eligibility criteria for admission is by comprehensive examination such as JEE & MHTCET.
Faculty
The faculties are very helpful. They teach very properly making all students understand the concepts. Some are strict while some are very friendly but all help students. Exams are conducted when 40% of syllabus gets completed. 2 IA's are conducted of 20 marks and a final theory exam of 80 marks in each semester. In IA's faculties provide Question Bank to students in which Important Questions are there which help students to score more marks in exams.
Night Life
This college doesn't provide hostel facilities. This college is a day college last timing to leave college is 5pm not more than that so I don't know enough about night life in this college but when main events are there then it happens till late night 10 pm then while going home it's safe outside in that area.
