Course Curriculum Overview

2

The courses are more like a based on how the British schools were in India. The Britishers taught only some subjects with less knowledge about it or no deep learning of one particular subject . As I'm in my final year BA and my combinations are history, literature and political science, so I have three main papers while my friends in other colleges have only one main papers with deep study of it. They organised three exams in a semester i.e 2 internals(20marks) and the other end semester(70) exam

Internships Opportunities

0.5

I haven't attended any of the intern programs yet as recently my final year journey has started and the college has not yet organised any internships for our batch till date so I wouldn't be able to answer that.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were very reasonable but after the new principal the price has hiked up to some thousand difference. The college host various intern programs and educate the students about the placements and even various company joins and helps the students. Scholarships are not provided to the students from the college. They don't provide because according to them the fees are resonable so the scholarships are not required. It is available only for the PG students.the placements programs does not provide much scope for the BA students as most of the placements are for the BBAs BCom etc

Campus Life

2.5

There is a festival every year known as enofest where they organise stalls and students sell their products. The books available in the library are just sufficient. Sports are also available and also have various inter house competitions there are also indoor games for the students. Clubs are mostly available for the first year students like fabric painting, handicrafts etc

Admission

There was not entrance exam and since I could not get my seat in EFLU ,my last option was st Ann's . The admission can be done easily in this college tats why it does not beat up good colleges in terms of grades etc.

Faculty

2.5

The teachers are quite good and also knows what they are teaching but some specific teachers are really terrible as in pronunciation, teaching and maybe they are not aware of their own subject. Some faculties have real good qualifications with standard teaching.

Other Applied Colleges
