My colleges curriculum is one of the best curriculum out there. They have included best subjects for us. As my college is autonomous the curriculum is designed in house so what our curriculum is decided by the faculty members.

We have six semesters in our college for my course which is Diploma in computer engineering. My sixth semester is of six month which our college provides internship. The whole six months we have to do internship. It is called as implant training.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The tuition fess or the college fees is very less as it is a government college. My college fees if nearly rupees 5000 for annual. Scholarships are also there for all students. Most of the fees is reffunded in the scholarship.

My overall experience was very good with my college. Each Faculty helps alot. I am glad that i got this college. I participate in every competition happening in nearby college. my college encourages a alot for taking part in competitions.

Admission

It was quite easy . Only thirty minutes was the time for admission process. Every faculty member was helpful. My course duration is three years. As my caste is OBC there was no reservation for me but it was not a big deal. My marks were enough for admission.

Every teaching staff is excellent . Every one is highly qualified Mtech professional. So learning is fun. In my course every teaching staff is female . They are very helppfull but sometimes they are a little rude but thats okay i guess.

From 5th semister students became eligible for placement. Companies like Tata, aptive, Hyundai, haeir, etc. came for placement in this college. 100% of students were placed in 2023. After the degree, the package from companies increases, and one can get a promotion.

The Curriculum for the respective trade/branch is very awesome in terms of both theory and practical. The curriculum is more focused on the theory part not on the real-world applications so this is a point in the curriculum which needs to be fixed. Placement Experience:

Companies like Tata, Birla, Ashok Leyland and many more companies offer seats to students passing out from the college. A highest package of 9 lpa and a minimum package of 3lpa are secured by students lately. Students having about 90% have been employed and during their 6th semester. My plans after getting a degree is to do masters in a foreign university.

Students are eligible for placement from final year 5th semester Can't say anything cause i never appeared for any campus placement but according to others companies visiting and placement are kinda average or you can say decent currently but nothing extra ordinary Highest package I've heard is 3lpa And this year 80% students got placed but only with a decent or poor package

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided to go for mechatronics because the name itself made it interesting. The curriculum was well adjusted making it 50 percent practical and 50 percent theory. There were all types of labs present from CNC machines to machines to robotics machines. We were provided with various industrial trainings. The paper timings were good, we had two 25-mark periodic tests and one term-end examination. The improvement I would want would be a proper staff for the course as we had to prepare on our own for various subjects

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Polytechnic fees are not much that you think and are affordable. If you are a cast or seat or anything then you are so lucky in fees section For open cast there is a scholarship available from the government every college explains it while addmission process.

In our branch students were eligible from the 5th semester for campus interviews one company visited the campus named ThoughtWorks which provided the students with a package of 8 lpa which was great and also training of around 18 months with a good stipend for non-tech branches there are much more opportunities.

Eligibility if the course was 10th pass and it was on merit list based on your 10th percentile and category . As I scored 86.80 in my 10th it was easy for me to get into merit list in my 1st round only.you can find application form on www.gpmumbai.ac.in. Application form starts after 10th result in June and application fees is around 500-800 . There are reservation benifits. Exam timing are there are 2 semesters in 1st year one is in January and 2nd semester is in April . And difficault level is medium to hard and of course it depends on students if they study hard and smart level can be easy for them. They should improve in admission process as it takes so many days and for the people's who comes from out of city find difficulties statin for this may days with parents for admission....Read More

At first in our college there are many courses so there is different cut off for different courses I had to take a computer engineering cut off 89 in 2022 but from a minority seat, I got admitted to this college. The whole process of admission is online like other colleges but after filling out the last form you've to complete 3 steps under the college's guidance of college. At my time fee rate was 10,346.
