Course Curriculum Overview
My main reason behind choosing my course was that I liked mathematics a lot. So anybody interested should know that the course may be quite different then what you might have thought. As it focuses for more about the theoretical aspect in UG. As for exams you will have a sessional before the finals and sometimes the teachers might conduct individual tests.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of admission is in range of 10k to 20k, if you take opt for hostel and other. And there are also provisions of those who are not able to pay the fees. As for scholarships all national and state scholarship schemes are available.
Campus Life
The facilities are always being updated. There are a tons of book available in the library with new additions regularly. As for functions the college week is celebrated in quite a grand manner and there are always small functions happening every time.
Admission
The admission forms are available online as well as in campus, with lot of days to complete the procedure. There are reserved seats available with more focus on bodo people as the college is in BTR but there is chance for general people to get admitted too.
Faculty
Our mathematics department has lower number of students as compared to other, which in a sense might be helpful. As the teachers try to pay attention to each and every student and students can also approach the teachers for help anytime be it during college hours or outside it.
