Course Curriculum Overview

The core branches such as mechanical , electronics and communication, electrical related curriculum has a workshop or course every month spanning for a week The IT branches such as computer science, information science, AIML a regular coding based activities

Internships Opportunities

The internship offered is good we get a stipend of minimum 25k per month and the duration will be 6 months if the internship goes well the company will hire for the job which is available and if not selected for the internship some lecturers will recommend you

Placement Experience

From 6th semester the students will be eligible for the placements and the companies visited are infosys, cognizant, wipro, textron, Bosch rexroth, texas instruments, tech Mahindra, LTI, accenture, cerner, pwc

Fees and Financial Aid

The students from the common entrance exam(CET) have the fees of maximum 1 lakh per year for all departments and the students from the comedK exams have different fee structure for different branches and courses And for the management students it'll vary for different branches

Campus Life

Our college has 2 fest conducted every semester for even semester we have a inter college fest that is held usually in June and intra college fest which is a fest which will be of department and competition between the department we also have a sports fest

Admission

Students need to take the common entrance test or comedK exam for the fees to be less and for mechanical engineering the cut off around 1.5lakhs , for electrical engineering 50k Electronics and communication 20k, AIML 15k, Computer science 5k and information science is around 7 to 8k

Faculty

There are several departments available in engineering including AIML , cyber security and data science. There'll be a around 25 to 30 facilities per department including the lectures and lab attenders

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is course specific and and we have four CO's - Course Outcomes where CO1 - Deals with theoritical knowlege, CO2 - Deals with applying the knowledge to modern tools and techniques , CO3 - Deals with evaluation and analysis, CO4 - Deals with formualtion and product development. More knowledge on real world problems and solutions can be provided. Timing os exams is 2 hrs for internals and 3.5 house for the final SEE and difficulty level is 3 out of 5

Placement Experience:

RVCE is known for its Placement oppertunity itself .Students get eligible after 5th or 6th semester. The highest package went to 97 lakh per anum but the average is 15 to 25 lakh per anum , it can go beyond if talent and skill sets are extraordinary . there are many top companier like google, amazon , flipkart , JP Morgan , intel , Bosh ,Rolls royce ,TCS , INFOSYS and list goes on with top companies CGPA should be atleast 7.5 to sit for placements

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

I choosed this college because it was in my rank range , i scored 28118 rank in COMEDK , this was in my range , I got it in 3rd round , i had other options too , but the reason choosed RNSIT was because it is and autonomous college , which is really a good thing for scoring good CGPA , and it's campus size was really large , 180 acres campus , as compared to any other college in banglore is the largest and it's placement average was better than most of the COMEDK colleges , you have to give KCET , or COMEDK to get admission in this college , you can also come from management quota....Read More
