Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

As I opted the law course, I feel that my decision for pursuing BALLB was right. Because day by day I'm getting more interested while studying law subjects. Atleast because of this course I'm able to know our fundamental rights and other important concepts which everyone should know.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Many government and judicial internships are offered with stipend or no stipend like Aekom Legal, Corp Comm Legal, Singh Law Chambers, VHS Legal Advocates And Legal Consultants, NCPCR, Chopra and Chopra Advocates & Solicitors, Khurana & Khurana, King Stubb & Kasiva and many more. They also guide us while performing tasks and make us understand about the projects.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for law maybe the same in almost every college. But I'm dissatisfied with the scholarships availability. Their criteria got always changed with the year and they are always ready to take your scholarships back. Then after again applying for the scholarship, they don't give any. Also their placement goes only to limited students.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is good. There are so many activities happened like dandiya night, nukkad natak, cultural fests , competitions in dance, singing, fashion shows and all. This year we had Darshan Raval in the fest and famous stand up comedian Bassi. Also a great Sufi night happened. This makes us excited and give us a break from daily college studies.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The facilities provided in the room are really so good and the fees is also affordable. The meal quality is really nice but sometimes I don't like the menu. Otherwise the food is much better than other hostels. I'm saying this after trying other's Hostels food. Also they provide us transport facilities also to our colleges and local market. I'm in Anandam Hostels which is in Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida.

Admission

The admission process was through the LET entrance exam taken by Lloyd Law College itself. The eligibility of course is 12th. Then I found so many colleges for studying law but I chose Lloyd. First I got the application form on site then I given the entrance exam. Later I got a call for personal interview by Lloyd in which I got selected and joined the college.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty members in my college are really so good in teaching. They teach us in an interesting manner so that the students couldn't get bored. Some faculty members make us feel very important and they appreciate us for our work and skills.

Placement Experience:

No companies as here only lawyers of arbitration and other domains come to hire students. Most students though have PPO from their interning companies but not real 10-20 LPA placements for Galgotias and that i wish change because our university academics and the kind of learning that is provided is at par with that of NLUs.

Placement Experience:

Packages aren't as good or big as NLUs as 4-5 lakhs is median and just 25% students gets placements from University. Most students though go for litigation and I am also going to do the same as this is how I want to build my career and take it forward. Even LLM is also an option and GLA University is the one from where I will do, if I plan to do masters.

Placement Experience:

In BA. LL.B. especially students are elidgible from 5th year i.e. 9TH semester for college placements, the college has a 99 % placement rate which is very impressive and students are given a vast number of choices among the companies. The companies which recruit are usually top tier like Mahindra, Wipro etc. The highest ever package in our college is 50 LPA. I am planning to do corporate law after the completion of my degree for which the college also has a corporate resource department.

Placement Experience:

Yes they do provide campus placement last year only almost 70 students were offered jobs in campus placement. But in our case most of the students have their own plans like the majority of them are generational lawyers so either they'll join their firms or they have very good contacts so they'll get places easily but in my case as a first generation lawyer we do get internship or assessment internship in which we get very good chances to get PPO they we don't have to relay on college for campus placement. In my case if i didn't get campus placement then wherever I've done my internship I'll try to convert my internship into a PPO
