Course Curriculum Overview

5

Too many subjects and in every semester so far one example has been postponed. Chaudhary Charan Singh University otherwise is quite famous and have produced kids who have excelled and their law syllabus is also superior than GGSIPU. I can't compare that to DU but still our syllabus and subjects are good.

Placement Experience

5

Pre placements starts from 4th year and post placements too happens as those who remain to get any placements are also assisted. Law jobs are anyways less so percentage of students getting jobs is also quite less as batch size is also 100+.

Fees and Financial Aid

Lloyd Law College Greater Noida is a class act and is one of the best law college among private colleges of Greater Noida. Our being a private pedigree scholarships are less. Even the ones who have availed scholarships during admission in their 12th score have to maintain over 7.5 CGPA for that too be continued. Our yearly fees is 1.75 Lakhs excluding hostels.

Campus Life

5

Lloyd College is quite attractive and both mangement and law buildings are in same campus. There are hostels inside the campus and some are off campus too. Many singers including Anuv Jain and Darshan Rawal have performed at our college in 2022. That was the year I took admission here and it is a liveable place as I live in college hostels.

Hostel Facilities

5

Rooms are available as per affordability and therefore one can take room of his/her choice. Around 40 rooms on one floor and around 250 rooms are there in the hostel which is in campus. The off campus hostel is big and for a two seater AC room.

Admission

Admission was just 45% and above in any stream and you get admission here. For scholarships though one has to be above 80% and then a small PI round which is conducted by th college has to be answered. So, yes that was all and after paying registration charges and college fees for th le 1st semester admission gets confirmed here.

Faculty

5

Note supplying method which may be little outdated but still that is used. Some faculties though have adapted new age teaching and teaching everything on PPTs. The moral here is even outdated or latest, our faculties are amazing in teaching and have supportive qualification and experience of the same.

Night Life

5

Hostel intime for girls is 7.30 pm and that's very tough to manage because it takes nearly 2 hours to Delhi. Nearby we have some malls and street food corners. From Juice Centres to Chaat Centers everything is there near our college. Metro Station too isn't far from our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There has lot of visits like court visit, parliament visit, etc The curriculum provides a basic foundation of theoretical knowledge that is useful for understanding core concepts and for pursuing further academic studies, such as higher education or competitive examinations. It helps develop analytical thinking and subject awareness. There is significant scope for improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The syllabus should be updated regularly to include recent developments, practical modules, project-based learning, internships, workshops, and skill-enhancement courses.Examinations are conducted frequently in the form of internal assessments, mid-semester exams, and end-semester exams, which sometimes creates academic pressure for students. The timing of exams is often closely packed, leaving limited time for proper preparation and revision. In terms of difficulty, the exams are generally of moderate level, though some subjects are challenging due to lengthy syllabi and conceptual depth.

Corporate Law is a subjects but no corporate placements as law firms were the sole contributors of our university. They gave as many placements as 30% students were placed and that too with very thin packages. So, university needs to fix this just like they have fixed every single thing at the campus.

Placement Experience:

Placements for Law are not comparable to the tech courses so far at GLA. Every year combining BBA LLB and BA LLB around 300 and I don't think even 100 are placed. So, GLA University will have to find a way to get atleast half the students find placements here and because I know my chances of getting placements are slim, I will be opting for doing LLM after I am done with LLB in 2027.

The college provide students with PDF lectures which focuses on personality development which includes confidence building, speaking and listening skills, etc. They also give tips for a better resume and how to give interview and prepare us for interviews by organising mock interviews. 5th year students are the focused students for the campus placement. Some students choose to be an advocate and others may prepare for higher studies and or prepare for judiciary and other civil services examinations. I personal preference to go for the one field which can open my ways for other field stoo.

Placement Experience:

Students from third year have started getting Pre-Placement Offers, but many of those are majorly due to their own accomplishments. Students get ample amount of time to intern at various law firms and courts, to secure a PPO on their own. In addition to this, the Internship and Placement Committee, often comes in aid to secure PPOs for the students of the graduating batch.
