Course Curriculum Overview
The main reason of me taking BA LLB instead of BBA LLB is that I don't want to be a corporate lawyer and rather have more doors. So, I think our course opens nearly 15-20 doors and now since I am approaching the final year, I think I am already ready to take the ground as our course also has a mandate to do intenrships as well.
Placement Experience
Placements in our college law branch are best CCS University. Because we have so many students so the placements are also low but atleast law college providing placements are no less. From Luthra to Khaitan a lot of such law firms come to our college and even corporate houses too.
Fees and Financial Aid
Lloyd Law College is one of the best in class law college and that is why it is among the top 100 law colleges in India. Our fees is same like NLUs and it's 1.75 lakhs a year. I am getting merit scholarships since my 1st year and that accounts to 20% concession to me. Also, since it's a private college even the reserved category students get the same scholarship as us.
Campus Life
LLC bas two campuses as one is for engineering and management and one is law college and each of the campus has 8 floor building. We have an auditorium which is the biggest flex as from live Indian cricket matches to all the events of the college, everything is hosted there. During our annual fest from stand up comedian Bassi to great singer Darshan Raval, both of them have performed previously in our college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is a four floor building with very strict restrictions. As 7.30 is our intime but rooms are air-conditioned and apart from 3 months they are on for us and we can use them at will. Food is not eatable as even after complaints it hasn't changed for us.
Admission
NLU Delhi or LLoyd Law College only two choices I went with. ILET Score was so law that NLU Delhi became a far fetched dream but on the same score and my 12th score, I got admission in Lloyd Law College. Admission process is quite simple as ours is a private college and there's verification and all happened upfront.
Faculty
Every hard topic which our faculties know that are hard to understand, our faculties take extra conscious efforts in making us learn those topics. So their co-operation is what which has helped us finish the 3 and a half years of grueling college life so smoothly. I can't name a single professor as each has contributed to the best of their ability.
Night Life
It's in Knowledge Park of the city and we are surrounded by colleges and universities. From juice centers to Street food we have them all at a walking distance from the college. Even the metro station is nearby and then we have Venice Mall nearby as well.
