This is one of the best university in jammu and i am honoured to be a part of it.
The distance department allows people to complete their degree without going to the college daily.

Some of the staff members were very rude.
The washroom needs to be cleaned properly.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I always get the highest marks in English since I was in school. That's why I chose to pursue my degree in English. I am satisfied with my decision. The exams are not that difficult to pass, anyone who studies properly can easily pass but to get deep knowledge students must study thoroughly.

Class Size : 500Course Fees : INR 25000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are not that much high, I would say anyone can afford it. And they also provide scholarships to students who belong to weaker sections and some specific categories. I belong to a General category so I couldn't get any scholarship.

Campus Life :

Annual functions and national festivals are celebrated in our University. There is a huge library where you can find any book you wish for. Some classrooms have the latest technology and Air conditioning. There are many sports and cocurricular activities offered on campus for the students like Cricket, basketball, hockey, etc. Students can take part in social groups, clubs, etc.

Admission :

I opted for a Master's degree in English and anyone who has completed their graduation with around 60% can easily get admission. All the details regarding admission and fees is made available on their official website. The exams are held every semester and the difficulty level is low. I would suggest one thing the examination form must be submitted online rather than offline.

Faculty :

Since I am studying from correspondence, I rarely get to interact with the faculty members and teachers. But the amount of time I have spend, I have found most of them to be very helpful and they get your work done very quickly.

There is a flaw in the course curriculum which is outdated and needs to be changed. The course doesn't prepare a student for real world applications and doesn't have any future benefits and the exams didn't happen on time

The curriculum frame work is quite good to look at but its only written down in book, most of those things are not Practically done here. New staff or new innovations are required in the curriculum framework.

The course curriculum is very nice. The course is divided into 4 semesters. Each semester have a 57 book's and they train us in to do fully trained in the field of journalism. The teacher's are very qualified. The university administration conduct exams in time.

I choose Masters in economics becoz economics is the study of how to evaluates alternatives and make better choices. In our campus faculty are well experienced and educated and method of teaching is Top class. Exams are separated in 4 parts and exams are moderate level not so hard.
