The course curriculum is relevant to Modern era,the syllabus of above course is according to the modern challenges.The curriculum teaches us how to protect environment and how to deal with modern challenges of environmental pollution .

I Zakir Ahmad Bhat from district Shopian l,I have completed my Bachelor's degree from degree college shopian then I went to university of Kashmir for further studies.finally I got admission in the said University,where they offered many courses,but I gat selection in MA islamic studies the staff was very helpful in both University and college

Campus Life

Different events were held during my course.like on environmental challenges on May 05 2022.and on communal harmony etc.In short it was the where I become mature,the college also organised an event where many students of different departments participated,the event was all about cricket.

Admission

I choose this college over other colleges because the college is top in every aspect of academics, whether it is sports, events, knowledge, education etc.The faculty is helpful and friendly.And offers various courses which are need of an era

Faculty

The relationship of faculty and students were friendly.The behaviour of faculty was very humble and cool.The teachers were very intelligent.The teaching is relevant to Modern techniques.Atleast 2 exams are held in year

Night Life

It was great,the outside environment of the hostel is fascinating and there is also a canteen where me and my friends were taking tea and enjoying a beautiful evening,the mess hostel is very tasty and healthy.The menu of hostel is according to the students.

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered but not upto that level but yeah for toppers there are placements in the campus but for rest of students many companies visit for the purpose but the least number of students get hired. My plan was to prepare for the upsc exams

A Review on University of Kashmir

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid 9279 for 1st and 2nd Semester in 2021 pursuing Masters Degree in Sociology. It included library fees, IT fees, NSS fee and other charges as well. There was no such departmental scholarship for students enrolled there.

Education is the best gift you can receive from your college

Course Curriculum Overview:

First 2 semesters were taken after a year but the rest of the 4 semesters were taken on time. Exams were held in a very peaceful manner and in a very tight schedule. There was no provision for cheating in exams

I didn't apply for other college but i had opportunities while councelling, I might go in other universities like baba ghulam shah baadshah university in my own district rajouri but the reason of rejecting that university because fee was very high there.Otherwise my opinion about that university is also amazing.I didn't get any rejection from any college.
