The college life in graphic Era is very hectic and managing time for oneself becomes a very difficult task

B.com covers various aspects of business, finance, and management. As businesses and economics adapt to new challenges and opportunities the demand for B.com graduates remains robust. The level of difficulty of exams is high.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee for 1 st semester is more than other semester fees as it include admission fees as well. The college provides scholarship based on good grades. The female students gets 10% discount on fees.

Graphic era University organise one of the biggest fest called "Grafest" every year. University also organise different festivals that promote creativity, enhance skill development, build community. Swaragni is one of the biggest student run club that organise events for students

Admission

To enroll in the course one must have obtained above 65% in 12th board examination. One can get admission based on there CUET. Scores as well. The exams are held within every 2 months. Sessional Marks are given based on child overall performance in the class and how well he's active in extra curriculum activities.

Faculty

The faculty have appropriate academic credentials. All faculty members holds advanced degrees in their respective fields such as a Ph.D or equivalent. Every student gets a mentor during his tenure in college to solve his issuses. One can approach to teachers at any time

The review from heart

Placement Experience:

The college provides a great scope for campus placement this was one of the main reason I took admission here.Form the second last semester the students become eligible to sit for the placement exams.The college have ties with many big companies and MNCS which provides the opportunity for campus placement. The written exam is conducted in the college campus only and the selected students are called for the interview. The main companies that visit Graphic Era Hill University are - 1:TCS 2: Infosys 3: Adobe 4: Google 5: Microsoft The highest package of the college in previous batch was 50 lakhs per annum and the average package was 6 lakhs per annum.Tough the college does not guarantee 100 percent placement but most of the students get campus placement the percentage would be around 80% . My plans after completing my degree is to get a job as a financial assistant and gain some experience and then pursue MBA .

Designing dreams in graphic Era

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities for b.com honours are decent,only few students get placed, Around 40 to 50% of students in last batch got placed. The average package offered ranges between 2 to 3 lpa while some students with better skills secured a better package. Companies like TCS,Deloitte,Infosys is very active in campus placement but you should not be concerned about placements if you are doing BCom focus on your skills and you will secure a good package or focus on masters then after you can expect a good package

Because my brother told me to do this course. Faculty is there and everything is there as per their knowledge. Student Ration 54:6. Qualification is higher and she has done a Ph.D. Teaching teachers are mind-blowing. Term exams are accurate and on time. what is difficult, if you study, it will not be difficult.

Remarks:

Positive remarks is good fees structure and provide scholarship for poor students and the negative remark is the building of that college is very old and messy. It should be renovated. And providing a good canteen also.

In GEU various entrances are accepted and university has its own as well. Still, our criteria is pretty simple that if in 12th we had Physics and Maths and we have over 50%, we are granted direct admissions. Honesty about my college

I choose this college because of the updated syllabus and curriculum , lab exposure and the environment here the air pollution which is aqi is very low in this area has compared to other colleges like Amity which is located in Noida its air quality is very bad and crowd his too much there as compared to this college and the average placement there is good as compared to other colleges that I have seen and about stiteness also there is no any type of fight or other thing happen in college campus or outside the college campus on like other colleges were ragging and everything are common here in this college are separate anti ragging department is made which controls everything I haven't seen any ragging and all in 1st year....Read More

GEU is GOAT of private universities!

In Dehradun no university offers BSc in the relevant field and therefore GEU was only option. If one wants to do Aeronautical engineering then there are plenty of options but not in BSc. Admission are through direct counselling. Entrance paper is handed for those who wants scholarships and based on that score scholarships are provided.
