Course Curriculum Overview

I have choose this course as I am interested in development and coding. This course is very fascinating.Every semester exams are conducted two times. Once in mid of the semester and once at the end of the semester. Difficulty level of mid term is quite low but end terms are little difficult.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. TCS and many prominent company visited the campus . 60 to 70 percent of students get placed this year. Highest package was of 54 lpa. The campus placement are fair enough

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee may increase for new sessions but for older students whole fee structure remain same as informed at the time of admission. Complete cost id around 20 lack. The university also give scholarship according to the cgpa of students and their overall performance.

Campus Life

Annual cultural fest is conducted every ear in the month of October named youthopia. And sports fest is conducted by the name of sphurti . Both are of grat fun . The university have about 30 clubs and societies. Which help in over all development of students.

Hostel Facilities

There are one two and three sharing roon in the hostel. The rooms are provided with bed, table, chair, cupboard, shelves each student, meal is provided 4 times a day. The the food quality is not good as it is cooked in bulk.

Hostel Fee: INR 142000 per year

Admission

An average student can also take admission in the university. Admission process of the university is very flexible one can get admission by filling the form from university official website and paying base ammount.

Faculty

Faculty of college are great in teaching. The average ratio of faculty is 1 faculty to look after 30 students each subject respectively. interaction with faculty is very often and easy one can reach faculty cabin easily whenever needed.

GEU makes complete engineers!

Placement Experience:

Oracle these days as some alumni of our college are working there and they have made them come to our university every year. Google and Amazon as well hired students almost every year from our college and because it's a batch of 900 students the average is 8 lakhs as some students even gets placements of 40-50 LPA every year.

Good Talk

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the 7th sem. Recently, Visa visited our college but didn’t make any offers. The highest package in 2024 was 84 LPA, while the average is around 4 LPA. Nearly 80% of students get placed across different companies. After my degree, I plan to build strong tech skills and aim for a good software developer role.

A conforting campus experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

the btech curriculum is relevant with good balance of theory labs and project which influenced my decision to join it prepares students for internships and higher studies .adding more industry workshops and latest tools would help. exams are moderate with internal tests and one final each semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum at graphic era hill university as highly relevent and fairly comprehensive because it include all the essential subjects like data structures ,operating system , database management systems etc.the combinatiin of both practical abd theory subject can help student to gain real word knowledge and can also achieve technical skills,the curriculum could be improve by adding more hands on industry projects , live workshop and update elective options that focus on current technologies ,exam frequency is well structured with one mid semester and one end semester , the exams are moderately difficult .

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

You can get various scholarships on the basis of your percentile in jee mains and your 12th percentage. It's around 100 percent for 90+ percentile in jee mains and 100 percent for 95+ in PCM in 12th.
