CSJMU in kanpur , i find the BSC Zoology course curriculum to be quite comprehensive and relevant . It covers essential topics in animal biology, ecology, genetic and physiology, providing a solid foundation in the field . however, some areas could be updated to include more recent advancements and research in zoology. the curriculum balances theory with practical sessions , although more hands on activities and fieldwork would enhance learning. overall , the curriculum is robust and thorough.

Campus Life

My overall experience with campus life at CSJMU has been vibrant anf fulfilling . THe social scene is lively , with numerous clubs and socities to join , ranging from academic groups to hobby and interest based clubs . involvements in these clubs has been a great way to meet people and develop new skills . The infrastructure is impressive, with modern classrooms, well-equipped labs and extensive library facilities.

Admission

The admission process in CSJMU for Bsc zoology course was straightforward but had its challenges . the eligibility criteria requires a 10+ 2 qualification with biology as a subject. The application form is available on the university website, and the application fees is reasonable. I had to take entrance exam , which was fair but had high cutoff , making it competitive. The application process involved filling out the form , submitting required documents and paying the fees online . overall the process was good and have no issue.

Placement Experience:

Lucknow University does not have very strong campus placements for B.Sc students, as most companies prefer professional or technical courses like B.Tech or MBA. However, a few job fairs and placement drives are organized where companies from education, sales, and basic research roles visit. The placement opportunities usually start after the 5th semester. The average package offered is quite low compared to other professional colleges, and only a small percentage of students get placed through campus. Most B.Sc students prefer to go for higher studies like M.Sc, B.Ed or prepare for competitive exams such as SSC, Bank, UPSC, State PCS, etc.

In the University campus replacements are the very good Hindi engineering courses and law but in the forensic the placement companies come very less. Fifth semester students are eligible for the campus placement in any courses in the engineering courses the highest package of the students gone 12 LPA. I choose this collge over other college because firstly I belong to this city and this is a only government College in my Kanpur city which provied a quality of education. I didn't applied any other Colleges so I didn't get rejected from any other Colleges. The admission process of this college is very simpler first fill the university admission form that is 300 fees and then fill all the other information in smarth portal that is generalised database of so many colleges then the faculty and the college coordinators will approve your admission and sent you a email to come over college and give the writen paper and an interview and then you will enter in your college and admission granted.
