Likes

As exams are hard minimum criteria for cgpa is hard to maintain but 80 percent is placed and averagepackage is around 5.5 - 6

Dislikes

The cleanliness in the campus can be improved and there should be equipments related to fire safety and exit and assembly points
The course can be improved and they are already working on it

Now in the new curucillum there are ec and computer subjects along with core electrical subject which makes the course more relevant and updated The student learn through pdf and notes and reference books which is a good thing as no any traditional text book is followed which will ruin the learning experience like in the case of gtu ( techmax and Atul )

There are internships offered through the placement cell of the college and various companies including torrent power, adani and abb recruit from the campus itself and many other core companies also provide internship opportunities

The placements of our seniors are good and many of them landed good packages in the electrical domain itself Average 80 percent placement is carried out as the remaining 20 percent are left as they cannot fulfill the company criteria for minimum cgpa

The total fee of the college is 11500 and the scholarships can be obtained be the reserved categories throught the digital gujarat portal which h includes the tuition fee and the food bill scholarship as well

Campus Life

There are many clubs to join in and there are mainly 3 fests happening all year round In which the footprints is the technology fest and other includes prerna and paramarsh Student from all over gujarat come to attend this fests

Admission

I went through the D2D route and the cutoff was around 1300 but the msu diploma students only get 1 seat and the rest of the seats are reserved for gtu diploma students coming to msu The jee students cut off was also not much high but was not too low as well The reserved categories will easily get admission if you have good ranks

Faculty

The faculty here are mainly PhD and masters and they are highly qualified The faculty teaches effectively though there are always exceptions and overall the faculty are good and they focus on implanting practical as well as the theoritical knowledge in students

Admission in this Gujarat's top university is through two exams one is GUJCET and other is via JEE MAINS as per engineering is concerned. Also it's one of the best university you can get into. to take entry in this course one must have average score in main 3 subjects of science, maths and english. if he or she is from diploma than he or she must have cgpa more than 8. for entering this university one should pass the entrance exam called NATA .
