Likes

The very first thing i liked in my college is the faculty, they are friendly and that's why they can clear our doubt very well i you asked...!
If you are good student , then the atmosphere for you in the college is very nice they will motivate you to solve leetcode problems, do practice of coding to get good jobs

Dislikes

I dislike in my college is the entrance, they can have better entrance as your college is located in the Mumbai region you expect something better
College daily timing my 2nd sem college timings was from 8.30 to 3.30 which is too much it should get reduced

The faculty encourage you to take participation in hackathons and events They arrange lots of events But I think they should improve in coding subject rather than theory subjects The difficulty of exam is less than Mumbai University but not that much of lower But if you study hard during the time approved for exam studies you will definitely pass just you have to study hard during exam days and little bit of daily study during sem days

For 1st year Open 130,000 OBC and EWS 75124 SC & ST less than 3000 For other you can go to college website and there will be option for fee structure you will get every detail Talking about scholarships they offered lots of scholership but we need to be attentive to get information about them

Campus Life

They held lots of events you need to participate, there will be official event unofficial events During the fest there will be lots of games and there will be cash price as well They also thav turf and play ground for sports and activities Talking about students club there are various clubs for different things for coders there is famous ecell group They should improve their infrastructure to be very specific improve you entrance first at the main get

Admission

Eligibility for the course is you have to be pass from pcm and other subjects in 12th and you should get above than 98% ile for cs in cet Talking about reservations there is no reservation in marks but definitely there is reservation in fees and seats While taking admission you will be guided very well by faculty they helped me lot when i was taking addmission and also they solved my problems so in admission process 10 on 10 for faculty

Faculty

If i am not wrong the faculty to students ratio will be almost almost 1:30 for each subject for each classrooms there is 1 teacher for 30 students The faculty teach very well just we need to pay attention and attend daily lectures and self study that's it They will always solve your doubts whenever you asked them and i interact them almost 2 - 3 times weekly to solve my doubts or it can be more as well

There is a portal for college student called TPO there is good placement in college for every branch but if you can't get campus placement you were allowed on tpo platform for 9 months after your complishon of your degree so there is no need to worry about placement

"VESIT", Vivekananda education society's institute of technology. The college having one of the best campuses in Mumbai. I got admission in 2018 yr. Now I am in 3rd year aspirant of college in the computer department. To be honest, the college is having very good and experienced faculty members throughout the first year to last year, all are well educated and have the best knowledge in their fields. To take Admission in VESIT is a very easy process, where u will get admission on the basis of your MHT-CET or JEE score. Or you can get admission in against cap round modes where you have to feel up an offline admission form, and on your merit score, the college will declare lists for courses for which you are elected. And talking about the placement cell of VESIT, It's ranked in the top 5 of Mumbai University colleges, where one can get placement in dream company easily unless and until he does the best performance in his academic year.
