Likes

The College atmosphere is really great. Students are lively and the there are places for students to gather around sit and talk. The college has a canteen and 2 other places we could get snacks from.
There are various club activies and programs. Tbey are various social clubs like Nss, iedc to participate in. and also there are many different programs Most include DJ's and etc.
The faculty and lab and classroom facilities are exceptional. The professors are really good and the facilities given to us are top quality.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is prepared by apj abdul kalam university. The students are first familiarized with every aspect of engineering and the basics in their first years. Then on the eecond year they dive more into the basics, which become the foundation of a students skills. The curriculum is structured for students to achieve what they have come to. To provide them with a set of skills which help them grow and also along with technical skills we are provided with life skills lessons

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

ieee and Iedc is a student run club in the campus which provide students with internship oppurtunities. Department organisations also provide students with internship oppurtunities. The students are provided with opportunity from popular conpanies and many eebinar sessions are also provided

Placement Experience

Placements are provided to almost every student with no back papers and sufficient skill set. Many programs and opportunities are prpvided by the college for placements. many companies like Tata, IBM, qburst, mahindra come for placements in our college. there are also various people who pursue higher studies and entrepreneurship.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for merit students are 75000 peryear. For Management students 65000 per semester . for nri students it is 75000 per year. Merit students from lower income category are provided with fees concessions. and they are various scholarships available to support students financially

Campus Life

The campus is lively. it has a good atmosphere. there are various social clubs like iedc, Nss, ieee etc. There is a large library on campus, students are supported for arts and sports programs. Many programs are conducted in the college including iedc techfest and flagship events, union programs, etc

Admission

After writing Keam entrance examinations. My Keam rank was enough to get cut off on Btech in ai and ds on Mes college of engineering. the admission process is simple, i went to the college with neccesary documents and filled out the admission form. paid the first year fees and it was done. It was a simple process

Faculty

The faculty is great, although i don't know about their educational qualifications they are excpetional professor's. every class has two mentors who look over the students. We can approach any teacher if we have any problem regarding our studies and etc.

Life at CET

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

Remarks:

I only have postive thoughts about that campus. The campus helped me to remove my pre-occupations, inhibitions, fear etc. It gave a lot of memorable moments, large number of friends. I applied for several government engineering colleges but because of KEAM rank I got admission in a engineering college at kannur for civil engineering then I rejected it , then I got admission at Amal Jyothi engineering College for btech food technology, i rejected this also then I choose my college because my college is the first self financing college in Kerala so choose my college.Fo getting admission in my college first you should qualify KEAM exam with ranks up to 50000, then you can easily get admission in my college through KEAM allotment process.
