Likes

The campus surrounding is very good.neat and clean atmosphere.
even the courses are excellent.Having a separate teacher for each subjects
faculty done their Phd.Very helping staffs and teachers.Every facility inclusing gym is available.

Dislikes

Hostels are under construction.Too many dogs roam around campus.
It is not autonomous hence lots of issue arise like paper get postpond.
Some subject need to have practicals which is not their.

Courses are good. Even faculty have good knowledge of each course. They explain again and again if needed. Very friendly teacher and staff. Have good subject and each subject have very usefull informations.

College have some good relation with some of the company they offer internship and good placement rate. If not so you can get off campus placement with the great knowledge of the course learned from the institute

50 percent seat reserve for hindi minority. Sc st fees is 1000 per year For obc its 45000 And for general it is 96000. Also facility like ebc scholarship which save updo 50000 rs per year. 120 admission in computer

Their are many clubs like sporst club,cultural clubs and many ngo like light wardha for the sake of improvement of students. Rotract club is also their which conduct good functions and skill development activity.

Admission

All the selection is based on mhtcet. Also they have 50 percent seat for hindi minority so people having hindi mother toungue they have cut off of like 10 percentile..for others it is 85 percentile in computer branch.for civil it is less like 45 35 percentile.

Faculty

All staff done their phd. They have good knowledge of their subjects. Anytime available for the queries. Every unit is covered during class lectures. No period get missed. Each of the teachers are good and help student alot

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

I did not applied for any other college ,becoz i wants to get admited in bajaj institute of technology . it is the only best engineering college in wardha with all the facilites and affordable fess .Admission process is transperent like other colleges , admissin is base on MHT-CET and JEE score . The higest cuttoff for cs branch is 85 percentile for electrical 75 for mechanichal 65 and for civil45 percentile .and the against cap admission is also based on cet score the one with the higer marks gets the firt priority to chose their branch with condition of open category fees with no govt. scolarship applicable...Read More
