My experience in KLE

I chose ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS Because from beginning of my PUC i have interested in SEMICONDUCTORS and also in current situation semiconductor industry will going to be a game changer. Also for particularly ECE branch this college is best in the KARNATAKA.

As heard by my seniors, a the students have to do a compulsory intership and the college itself provides in campus intership and students can also apply for off campus interships and they are assisted by the proffessors assigned as internship co-ordinators.

The college has 80% placement ratio and companies like BENZ , TCS , INFOSYS , AWS , etc. If students will not able to get job thn they are provided temporary jobs in HR also from wher they can do reaserch in respective field.

Currently if you come from KCET (it is only for students from karnataka , or whio studied atleast 7 years in KARNATAKA ) the tution fee costs around 97000 and it may increase by 5000 to 7000 every 2 year. If you come from COMED-K which is for students from outside karnataka is around 200000 TO 270000. If your KCET rank is below 5000 then you will recieve 50000 as scholarship from University itself.

The campus life her is just amazing as it has 64 acre large campus and also there are many student run Clubs like DANCE, DRAMA , MOTORSPORT, CODECLUB, WORDSWORTH-ENGLISH CLUB , UPSC CLUB , MEDIA CLUB etc.

It provides best hostels compared to all colleges in karnataka. The hostel & mess fees(both including) are in range of 70000 to 100000 according to your preferences of rooms (including mess). The food which is given here is very hyginic and of very tasty you can just think about it's quality by seeing that in its one of the open mess (main mess) the students from other colleges come for lunch and dinner. The food is prepared in one big mess and supplied to around 10 hostels in the campus and the daily checked by an incharge in all hostles and the proofs of food given is to be entered in an server from all the hostels so that students should not face any inconvinience.

You can take admission through KCET, COMED-K and by MANAGEMENT quota. KCET -- >It is for students from KARNATAKA or who studied in KARNATAKA for atleast 7 years. COMED-K --> It is compulsory Entrance exam for students from other states & also students from karnataka can apply. cut-offs --> For KCET : CSE-8000 , ECE - 16000, EEE - 20000 , MECHANICAL - 50000, CIVIL - 50000 For COMED-K : CSE - 9000 , ECE - 18000 , EEE - 20000

The faculty here is just amazing all are completed the masters and many were alumnis of IITs for masters. Also all teachers teach in both english and other regional language, which help students from non-english medium.
