Likes

Infrastructure is quite great we do not face any problems during our lectures and the buildings are new
Manner of teaching is also good when compared to other colleges where do not show sincerity
Also the friends I met in college are also pretty good

Dislikes

The food in the mess could be better I guess
Some people are just selfish all they want is to study and no nothing about social life
There is no badminton court in our college and many of us are very much upset about it

Course Curriculum Overview

I see being a doctor is life time achievement comparing to other courses like engineering and accounts and also instead of partying we all spend time learning about our human body working .this course is completely packed with time to time examinations so that we are clear the the information we're learning

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 650000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 650000 which is less compared to other private medical institution with first year hostel fee nearly 125000 and reduces the subsiding years and with a special fee of 45000 There is also NRI seat with 2000000lakhs per annum Reservations include for OBC SC and ST

Our college being private have relatively less programmed and fest comparing to other medical colleges . Yearly sports competition is held and zone wide intercollege fest is also done The facilities and technological provision within the classrooms are helpful Numerous clubs are also present for improving our social life

Hostel Facilities

The food in mess is quite alright comparing to other colleges. The menu is also satisfied being mixed diet and separate menu for vegetarians . Only a few students have rented a room outside the hostel The rooms are also pretty good

Hostel Fee: INR 65000 per year

Admission

Cut off was nearly above 500 marks in neet Everything about application forms,fee and dates are given in NTA site or in state medical council site respectively . There can be many glitch in the admission process which is to be noted

Faculty

The faculty to student interaction depends on the department . All the department in the hospital follow their own schedules and the obg-gyn are very much strict about their seminar .the faculties are best as much as I've seen and their pretty much approachable and I have no bad experience yet

My dream college in reality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is of high relevance as it ensures that the student learns everything he need to learn in an mbbs life to become a good doctor. The curriculum we are now following is decided by the National Medical Council (NMC) of India and is CBME curriculum. The curriculum include many Self directed learning methods and small group discussions etc which makes the learning interesting and easy. The curriculum definitely prepares the students to become a good doctor in future. Some minute improvements are still required like no need of these many SGDs for community medicine and forensic. It'll be better to include more field activities in community medicine . The frequency and timing of exams are sometimes a burden for the students as the exams are so close and they are not getting enough time to improve themselves which may affect their confidence. Sometimes the exams are scheduled in between some meets conducted by university which makes it difficult for the students to participate.

Main factor for choosing this college is fee . In North india fee for MBBS is about 1 Cr but it's like half of it Second they are good in academics compare to other states There are about 19 pvt medical colleges in kerala but it is on 7 rank You will get colleges according to your merit list....Read More

It is not about me choosing this college. You are assigned colleges according to the rank you get in NEET and According to my rank I got this college. You need to get good ranks in NEET to qualify for an MBBS seat. I cannot comment on it exactly since it changes every year. Neet ug is the mandatory exam for admission for any mbbs course in India After publishment of neet ug results almost 1 week later a seperate rank list for candidates of kerala will get published on cee kerala site. Allotment will be done to various medical Colleges based on our priority and marks There will be 4 allotments and last one is spot allotment. Candidates have to take temporary admission in medical College if they want to participate in next allotment procedure. Candidates have to stay updated especially regarding allotment dates and have to make sure they are arranging colleges based on their required priority In private colleges seats will be reserved for NRI quota,sc ,st category.
