Likes

Faculty is great the faculty members are highly knowledgeable and bring a wealth of experience to the classroom.
The diversity of the student population is remarkable crowd of college is too good and accepting of all cultures
College hostels are neat clean and maintained regularly. And sports facilities are also too good every spodt is played

Dislikes

There isnt much of a campus life here the girl boy ratio is not good at all so dont expect much from the college
The college is bit strict about each and everything. You need to aware that you dont make any nistake because college wont be flexible with you.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very relevant to the recent ongoing of the industry. The curriculum is the thing i like most about the college curriculum of each bramch is very well crafted altogether to help students breakout in modern industry.

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee for each semester is 1.5 lakhs and hostel and mess fees is 22k each for each semester. The complete cost of education comes down to 16 to 17 lakh. Ther is no fees hike for that matter . Many banks provide education loan for our college so thats helpful

Campus Life

There aren't much annual or technical fests for that matter college is focused on college academics. College clubs are also doing decent but you gets support from higher authorities for fests and all. Sports of college is very good every sport is played enthusiastically.

Hostel Facilities

We share a room with three guys room is quite big and there are two fans with 4 lights 4 tables almirahs and all . Mess quality is okay and menu is also decent. Hostel and mess are quite affordable. Nobody lives in a PG Or outside the campus for that matter

Hostel Fee: INR 44000 per year

Admission

The competition for getting admitted in this college is cut to throat now . Eligibility is high you need to get atleast 97 percentile for securing CSE branch. Reservation benefits are major cutoffs for categories is really less. Exams happen throughout the semester but you have ample amount of time to prepare for them and they are quite difficult.

Faculty of the college is highly qualified and they also support for opportunities. Faculty are extremely attentive and as class size is less they attentive to students problems in particular subject.They provide you woth great research opportunities if you have good rapport with them. Intership opportunities are also provided by Faculty. Faculty is qualified and up to date

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students are eligible for placement and for intership even 3rd and 4th sem students are eligible to apply if they are well skilled. Recently JP Morgan visited in our college for summer internship no students got selected due to low skill,l. I our college the highest package was 34LPA in 2023 and average package was 7LPA. Almost 70-75% students got placed in their 8th sem. My plan after getting the degree I want build an startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

MIT Bengaluru-The College Beyond Exxpectations

Placement Experience:

Students here are eligible for placements or internships right after the 3rd year. Mit Bengaluru is planning to make its students placement merging with its parent clg Mit Manipal. Currently none of the placement record is there as the first batch is in 3rd year only.None of the companies have visited for placement b ut companies like IBM, TCS do come for their talks. I have no plans as of now what will I do after a degree.
