My college life as a 2nd year student

Our course curriculum helps us to get more knowledge on software of computer. This curriculum helps us to develop our skills in solving a problem that is present in real world. After each semester we are able to achieve the skills in the programming languages like java ,python, c programming etc. This course curriculum also contains of giving experience for us in real world problems

Internships with stipend and without stipend is provided by the college. Google internships and other companies internships have been done by many students of our college by online registration. One student of our department was ranked first for new technical idea he provided and got an amount of 25 lakhs to implement the idea.

Campus placement are provide at large amount in our college. Average placement package is 5LPA. Campus selection is offered for students from 7th semester onwards. Companies like keltron, tcs etc comes for placement in our college. Last year our department got full campus placement.

For the course which I enrolled (B Tech in information technology) tution fee for one year is around 10000. Exam fees and other fees are collected during the exam time and not with the tuition fees which is collected at the beginning of the semesters. Scholarships are also available for this course a lot .Campus placement is available at a large number. Last year full students of our department got placed in it companies.

A lot of clubs are there in college like the ones associated with our academics and extra curriculum. Some of the clubs are robotics club,astro club,eco club, nss dance club,music club etc. There is a large library with books of technical side and literature side.

Hostel rooms are large and neat enough. There is a table, a cot, and a chair given to each hostel mates. There are 3,4,5 people bedroom available. But the number of people that can be adopted is less compared to the college population.The hostel bill for 1 month is about 3500.

I took the exam called keam for the allotment to this college. Based on my score for this exam and 12th score the selection process is held. I've got a rank of 9000 to get entry for this course in government college. For admission in general seats rank upto 10000 is considered. For reserved seat ranks can be a little more less

Most of the faculties of our department (Information Technology) are well qualified with a doctorate from premium institutes like IITs and NITs. About 4 or 5 of them are guest lectures with their master degrees. Most of them follow the teaching methods like preparing their on slides and explaining the points. We are able to understand the logic of each topics from them. They complete the syllabus on time.
