Life in Indus University

I chose the computer engineering course as I wanted to pursue career from CS field. This college provides good platform for the CS field and provides various opportunities. The frequency of exams are after the 2 months of commencement of the semester, and in the ending month of the semester they conduct End semester. Difficulty level of exams are above the average.

College provides various summer internship partenering with many decent companies like TED, AIRTEL etc. The internship are one month and you get certified based on your project submission and attendance. The project is based on the course you opted.

The placements begins at the start of 4th year. Students fill OPT IN form for eligibility criteria. Companies like BYJUS, JARO EDUCATION, TCS, FEDERAL BANK etc comes in placements. The highest package is 13 lakh per annum and Average package is 4-5lakh per annum. Almost 60% students get placed.

The total fee per semester is around 52700/-. However it covers all kind of tuition fees and they provide 1 month to complete the action. They provide financial aid like MYSY scholorships and monthly fee payment method through Grayquest.

College has various technical and cultural fest throughtout the year. Some of the main fests are INSTINCTS, Indus Cup, Collympics, RaasRang. The facilties and technological provisions includes AC , Speaker, Projector etc. The college conducts Collympics on interbranch level and indus cup on state university level for students. College has various sports club and technical club to ready them for industry level.

The eligibility of the course are based on HSC percentage and GUJCET score. The admission procedure begins just after the HSC result declaration. The exams are conducted after 2months of commencement of the course, termed as mid semester. In the ending month they conduct End semesters. Difficulty level of these exams are above the average.

There are 60 students in the class if everyone have the same subjects or same elective subjects. Faculties here are supportive and cooperative which makes a surreal environment between students and facutly. If anyone has to approach any faculty they can meet in their cabin anytime.
