In final words, if you want to join any university for some serious study as well as for extra-curricular activities this is one for you but if you don't want university or college with tough rules and regulations this can be a problem for you. I suggest

Entrance Preview

Just interview, you just have to fill form of the university and pass an interview, that's all for admission. Its good for creative people, who want to peruse in news channels, news papers or in Advt. field then Mass Communication is for you.

Course Curriculum Overview

Its not much difficult, you just have to be focused.

Internships Opportunities

Maximum people get stipend on their internship.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities are good, they have good links with media houses, production houses and Advt. agencies.

The best thing about chitkara is Fest. You will love it. Stars and best Djs. working in fest is like having fun. And being in BJMC you can join media team easily. And that is the best part because you can have closer look to stars and have photos with them. If we say stars keep visiting every month for promotion.

You will always have not the best campus life but its OK just because of the rules and regulations, gender ratio is about 50-50 and talking about extra-curricular activities, it is the best places when you can join there are different clubs that you can join according to your interest.

yeahh i have influenced by some of my senior's i've enjoying my life with i have heared many time prom them that this college is very nice. the frequency of exams are about 3 hrs during the exams and exams are difficult for those who don't study

Placement Experience:

LPU has a good campus placement policy in which the students become engrossed from the seventh semester. Many of the biggest IT organizations such as Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini and thousands of other offers are made during the visits. The maximum salary offered has been 3 crore [ctc] per annum and is averaging around 6-7 lakh per annum. It is notable that 90% of students get placements depending on the program that they take or choose to study.

I chose the course of journalism and mass communication because since from like childhood whenever I saw news anchors on tv I also thought that I would also be one of them and there way of speaking and handling all the things really motivated me to opt this course and when I entered in this course I got to know all the things about the world of journalism and media . How things actually works. Got to meet my idols of the industry. I feel this thing that choosing this course was my best decision of my life . Because this gave wings to my all the dreams . I think that the subjects are very much good and easy for everyone to study who want to pursue journalism. Teachers should gave some practical knowledge to the students. The timing of the exam is accurate and ok and the difficulty level is also not much like it is which any student can do who have some basic knowledge and information of journalism

I think this course has broader fields and I expand my thoughts by being an journalist to change and engage our society. Areas of improvements in course is to please provide practical experiences to students rather than theory.
