Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is really good it includes electronics as well as telecommunications subjects. Apart from the regular curriculum the department also provides variety of domains as elective subjects which a student can choose according to his/her interest. It also covers all programming languages like C,C++,Java and Python. If a student seeks interest in software industry then can take subjects related to that in the electives. The curriculum does give a basic understanding of how the theoretical knowledge is applied in the real world and what are the problems faced by it. Teaching in the college is mostly focused how it's real life application. The mid terms are conducted with in 3 months of the course beginning and which covers a half of the syllabus. Apart from mid terms there are quizzes that are taken regularly in lectures and tutorials and assignments to revise the concept.

The internships are provided by the college itself which are mentored by the faculty members. These are project based internships with no stipend. But a certificate is provided after successfully completing it. Students can take off campus internships too.
Placement Experience
The placements are usually very good at this colleges with all the good companies like JP Morgan & Chase, Deloitte, ISS, Saint Gobain, RXO, Kotak Securities along with core companies. Recently due to recession the no of intake from each company was less compared to the placements last year. Students with good technical background get a job of 12-13 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. A fair percentage of students also go for masters in the foreign countries like USA, UK, Germany and Australia.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for general student is around 1.2-1.4 Lakhs per year. The students of other categories have comparatively less amount as their annual fees. Faculty
The teacher to student ratio is 1:70 which isn't a problem, because the faculty has eye on everyone in the classroom during the lectures. The teaching methods are good as they include continuous interactions with the students along with the quizzes at the end of every lecture which helps to understand and revise the concepts easily. The faculty possess a deep knowledge of their field and respond positively to the doubts asked by the students. Students can also visit the faculty any time in their cabin for further doubts or questions. For projects the faculty as a mentor plays a very crucial role. Every aspect of the project is reviewed and approved by the faculty then only presented.
