Decent words about IIITM Gwalior :)

My course is IT due to which I will learn CSE as well as Some Electrical concepts in this study since this course is not only software based it also depends on physical instruments handling also , also The facultis are good the reading material is also available in internet . But I choose this feild because of high end Packages :) as compared to other feilds .

The college provides internships but some of them are free means will not pay you for there work . Some companies like nautanix , scaler , AMR group provide internship with stipends , but i would recommend that apply for internships only through any platform like linkedin .

The placement are decent enough . But for on-campus placement there is a condition to sit in the interview that you gave atleast a cgpa of 7 other wise college will not allowed you to sit in the placements . But my college provide some good alumini connections and overall high end packages are provided in off-campus placements

The total fees will be around 12 lakhs from t years for course study only doesn't includes hostel fees and other expenses like travelling an all . Some scholarship are also provided like MCM (merit cum mean )which around 60k per year ,provided by government only . Although Some private scholarships are also provided byt you cannot get both of them at same time because government scholarship needs a condition that you should not opt for any other scholarship. Although the ollege mess and hostel around 20 k per Semister. Also you will get these scholarship from second semester onwards not from sem 1 .

The annual fest Name Aurora is best and biggest central india fest which held 2024 after a long brrak of 4 years due to covid .This college provid a well balance life here , study is not hectic , also for roaming you have 200 acres campus , and having clubs like GDSC, Dance club , Manchatantra , ASSAF ( student forum ) . The sports infrastructure is best among all iiits .

The admission is done form Joint entrance exam mains basis the cut off for general category for my course(IT btech +mtech) is around 13k from Jossa and we have to pay around 77 k before joining the college through jossa Portal .

All the faculty members are PHD holders most of them done their PHD from foreign due to which they are quite great professors . BUT some of them are very strict and can deduct your marks on any kind small mistake. But on the other hand many teachers help to solve the doubt and difficulty in course curriculum.
