Our curriculum of MCA is industry relevant. It includes many important technologies like DBMS, DSA, Web Technology and many more. It includes theory as well as practicals. While the curriculum is very good one suggestion can be made is to make it more updated. Like including trending technologies or languages in curriculum. Teaching methods varies from teacher to teacher. Most of the teacher use projectors and ppt to teach. There are 2-minors one mid-sem and 1 end sem exam. Which sometimes feels exhaustive.

Some companies in which students got internships are microsoft , KLA , JP Morgan , citi back etc ., stipend vary from company to company . For above companies it was from 40 T to 1.25 lacs per month. They provide internship from 4 to 8 weeks. If student perfoms well during internship they can get a full time offer also.

After 1st year some students get their internship which they have to do in next summer vacation. Although percentage of students getting internship is quite low. This year highest ctc is 53lpa while average is 16.69 lpa . Profiles offered are mostly SDE. More than 75% of students are placed. My plan after getting the degree is to jump in industry for job.

Tution fees 35000 per semester Hostel fees 14000 per semester Total fees for 3 years is 359,500 (as per official fee structure of college) inclusive of all other fees. Financial assistance: You can easily get an educational loan. If you apply from nearby branch you will not face difficulty to get the loan. There is a govt. scholarship present but it is not guaranteed that everyone will get it.

Spring spree and technozian are the biggest event held in our college. Spring spree is generally held in april. While technozian is in january. Both of the events are for 3 days. Apart from this many department level events also held by the college frequently. Our library is quite big and impressive. It has a lot a lot of books available to issue and read there. They also provide the facility for journals. Facilities are quite good all classroom have projectors for digital learning . Labs are very good and in good working condition. There are many department level , college level , and inter NIT level sports and extra curricular activites are held. There are many technical as well as social clubs which are in direct control under students.

College provides hostel to all of the students. Whether they are nationals or not. There are many hostels and blocks are there. All are in good condition. 1.8k hostel is the Asia'a 2nd largest hostel which is in our college. Registration process is done on the same day of offline admission day. It does not take a lot of time. Meal quality I can say is not up to the mark. Menu sounds good but food does not taste good.

Eligibility: 60% in bachelors and one math or statistic subject is compulsory in bachelors. Entrance : NIMCET Cut off : for EWS: AIR-268 frequency : once in a year mostly in june you can find application form from official website of NIMCET. Difficulty level changes every year. Admission process was online and was quite easy. Once online process is finished we just have to present in college on mentioned date for final checking of documents

we are 58 students in 1st year of MCA. And our department (C.S.E) has 30-35 teachers approximately though count of all students includeing Btech (C.S.E) and Mtech (C.S.E) is higher. There are newly joined to experienced teacher are there in our department. Ofcourse newly joined teachers lacks in teaching while experienced teachers are very good. Some teacher are very passionate for teaching. Interaction with teacher happens quite often. We can meet and talk to teachers in their cabin. Most of the time teachers are friendly and ready to help.
