Its a well disciplined college and the principal is very supportive to our honest requirements

The cultural events are less and its not enthusiastic

Course Curriculum Overview

Various responsibilities are given in the college such as leadership,team work and ability to speak up in the crowd and also the college provides various workshops and aptitude classes and this helps in my interview's. I think some creative class sessions for the mind needed to be implemented. The internal exams are conducted at right times and it's the University exam is the problem occur no study leaves in between exams.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like wipro and TCS often provides various international offers for the students and various projects are partipated by many students to experience the job and projects can be like banking , shopping etc

Placement Experience

Placements are held in 3rd sem and many companies visited the campus for recruitment's such as wipro , TCS, info park etc.And various highest offers are made during each year and about 70 percentage gets placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Due to merit and scholarships, the tution fees are reduced its very likely help various student who are going to atough time.Also financial aids are also provided in the college like building a house in a year for those who have no house.

Campus Life

There are some annual cultural like college day and Christmas, onam and various events. The college contains a beautiful library which contains different books for studies and stories etc and also contains different clubs like music,instruments etc

Admission

The eligibility of course is through tests and by their behaviour and anyone can join the college with their previous study history.And application forms for the admission cam be available both offline and online platforms

Faculty

The teaching of the teachers was very interesting and easy to understand and everyone is equally treated. The teachers use different technologies to teach like ppt,informative videos through projectors and giving short notes on every topic. The faculty members are like friends and their behaviour is so damn good and easy to approach for the various problems.

Placement Experience:

For Integrated MCA, students become eligible for placements since the 9th semester. For Btech, its 7th semester. Some of the companies that visited our college are SOTI, UST, Leopard Technologies, Safran Digit. There are many other companies that we can apply to but those drives are not conducted at our college like experion technologies and G10X technologies. Our college is the only college in Kerala from where students are hired by Safran Digit. I have gotten placement in G10X technoologies private limited.

Nirmala College Muvattupuzha - A Good Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed MCA at Nirmala College due to several reasons: • It is a course which is open to anyone who has passed any bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% and above. The only prerequisite is that one need to attend the annual LBS MCA entrance examination to secure admission to this course. • The syllabus of MCA in this college is affiliated with that of MG University, Kottayam. It is a vast syllabus covering various applications of computer science including programming in various languages such as C, Java, PHP, Python, data structures, algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, software engineering, networking, etc. • The course is theoretically good but practically it doesn't really equip all students with enough knowledge and understanding to be placed in a good IT company. Some portions could be excluded from various theory subjects such as Networking with TCp/Ip and Algorithms Analysis.

Exploring the Pathways of Excellence

Placement Experience:

students typically become eligible for campus placements strarting from the 7th semester of their engineering program. preparation for placements starts in the 6th semester. Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, IBM, Amazon etc. the numbers of offers made varies each year, but on average, each major recruiting company makes 5 to 20 offfers during the placement season. Highest package can go upto 15-20 LPA offered by companies like Amazon, oracleetc. and average package range between INR 4-6 LPA like profiles offered are Software Developer, Data Analyst, Project Manager etc. Approximately 70-80% of eligible students secure placements through campus recruitment drives. My pan is to secure a job and after getting stable then trying to do my wn business in this field.

I have completed BCA so I followed its corresponding post graduation . There are 7 faculties at Calicut University campus for MMCAand a Lab assistant. The faculties must complete post graduation or any higher education (PhD or net qualified). In MCA exams are conducted by sem vise so there should be a semester exam after each. It is not that much easy to pass these exams so need to focus on each subjects thoroughly

Don't miss it, Media students

We have limited options to pursue a post graduation in journalism in Ernakulam district, Kerala. Only 3 colleges provides this masters course and only Dist have the facilities for practical knowledge of the field. The fees structure here is the most affordable among the three and we have all the amenities required for a media student. We do have a cordial relationship with Goodness channel who takes interest in conducting workshop and internships for our students as well as part time jobs along with the course.
