Course Curriculum Overview

chose this course as I've developed interest in this course throughout my time and AIML could be good course for exploring advanced concepts of AI as it's on boom in times of today and machine learning concepts are quite a good start for learning purposes Exams are of 3 hrs and not difficult when prep'd well enough.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester you can become eligible for campus placement Various companies whether from IT or other startup. Companies visit our college through placement nama and there are packages of mostly 9 lacs (min) - 36 lacs ( max) ....

Fees and Financial Aid

Percentage of above 75 - 80 percentage were placed in college and CGPET score does matter Highest package ; 14 lacs Minimum package; 9 lacs Intership as per I know was done in elewayte, a company from banglore.

Campus Life

Whether it's Diwali or Holi here in our college (rcet managed by Krishna vikash institution of engg and technology) Raipur.. Every Festival is celebrated by organising an event . Library is blessed with worthy books and magazines. And after starting of each semesters you get a chance to enroll yourself in sports ..

Admission

As I told I've given CGPET most the rank from 50-90 are good to go anyone which PCM in 12th are eligible for this course to opt Application forms are provided by the college through counselling if done and mostly the dates are given accordingly and fee to be paid.

Faculty

Faculties are good here , infrastructure of the building is newly done recently and wifi computer labs are available, near classrooms and projectors... Teachers are generally more focused on each of the students as a class compromise of 30 students at a time

Life at GEC Raipur

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible to appear for campus placements which starts towards the end of their 7th semester. Companies that visited for Civil Engineering: L&T, Adani, Stratview Research, PlanetSpark and several local firms. The highest packages were offered by Adani (approx 7 LPA) and L&T (6-7 LPA). Around 5-7 students received placement offers from the mentioned companies. It is important to note that a lot many students did not sit for campus placements as they had different career aspirations (government jobs, higher education, business ventures etc.) My plans were to prepare for upcoming competitive government exams as well as try my hand at something different and creative

My College Review- insight from NIT Raipur

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester, the placement starts. Till now around 30-40 snrs have placed. All the good snrs I know and have already been placed. Companies like- Caterpillar, Schneider Electric, JSL, JSPL, JWL, netarwala, Amazon, Dassault System, Reliance, phonepe, Deloitte, come to our college.

Yeah ,the course in terms of comprehensiveness is really satisfactory. I have some issues with sequence of subjects which are covered ,but there is no compromise with the comprehensiveness. So I would rate good that too .

NIT Raipur Review: Where knowledge meets real world engineering.

Placement Experience:

1. Students from seventt semester and onwards are eligible for the campus placements. 2. There are ample numbers of comapnies visited in our college like schneider electric, bpcl,bhel,bhel,reliance,catterpillar,eil, and so on. As per the last year data around 130 comapnies made in to our campus and they offered around 800 plus offers to various studenst of different departments. 3. The highets package offered this year is 60 lakhs that is offered by DE Shaw and average package is something around 11 laks per annum 4. Taking considerations of students of all departments, almost 70 percent students get placed. 5. Presently my plan after getting degree is to get into a job.

This course I think has a very bright future as the cheap making industry is everywhere and in futue AI will require physical component which will be full filled by this department so this will be fulfeeling the real word application however the course maybe more practical. Student need to appear for admission test which is called CGPET, Chhattisgarh Pre engineering Test. Based upon ranking college and branch are decided.CG VYPAM is responsible to conduct the exam and councelling for the whole process. Private colleges works upon ranking based admission government colleges follow government reservations. Class test takes place in every 2 months and end semester exam in almost every 5 months.
