Students are admitted in this college on the basis of an Entrance Test. Although the Class 12 marks are also taken into consideration.

I had applied for B Com(H). Our curriculum was a mix of traditional and modern subjects. On one hand we studied Financial Management and Cost Accountancy while on the other hand we studied subjects like Business Communication and Environmental Studies .But on shortcoming of our college is that we don't have much options when it comes to electives.

In our college we were not required to go on internships. Although in our final year we had a project for which we were supposed to do a lot of field work and research.

Placements are relatively very good. Nowadays Commerce Graduates aren't seen with much respect but in our college, some of the top recruiters like Infosys and Wipro visited and offered jobs. We had companies from all the sectors like Banking, IT, Automobile, Finance, FMCG ets,visiting our campus. Highest package offered went as high as 4.5lac.

Our college has rich culture of hosting academic and non academic events. Our annual fest is Xavier Utsav. It happens in Dec or Jan every year. It's a grand event. There are lots of music, lots of compititions and hence lots of fun. Apart from Xavier Utsav there are other events also such as Talentine, Cynosure etc.

Loans and scholarships are available mainly for the needy sections of the society. By the way the fees without scholarship is also genuine and nominal.

Our college is one of the best in India in terms of Infrastructure. Our college has well maintained libraries, labs, auditoriums, grounds etc. We have facilities for sports like cricket, football, hockey, volleyball etc. Our college also holds sveral academic events such as debates, essay competions etc.
