Likes

Infrastructure is Good, highly maintained college, college has a large area.
College has a large group of helping people who helps every one whenever required.
The curriculum are similar to different entrance exams like gate, and faculty are somehow helpful.

Dislikes

The quality of food provided in college is average.
The teaching and faculty should have a better communication skills.
Placements are not much as in other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good and highly precised, and by looking the curriculum we can easily choose Aby courses. The curriculum prepares us for the real world applications. There should be proper organisation on studies by the faculty.

Internships Opportunities

Internship program are not much held in the college, but some small companies came to the college for taking students for internship. I had not done any internship yet from college but listened by the seniors and other student.

Placement Experience

Placements scenarios are not quite good in this college, here the average package is 5-6 k per annum, which is not a good package if we will compare to any other college. Highest package has gone around 15 k per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

When I had joined the course fees was 1.7 k per year but next yr it has become 2.25 k per year. The increase in the fees represent the quality of education that actually not provided by this college. Scholarships are been provided to the students.

Campus Life

One thing I enjoyed in the college is it's big campus and the fests that are organised every year. Moreover the extracurricular activities like sports also plays a vital role. All the student are required to join at least in a club to increase their communication skills.

Admission

The eligibility for any course is u have given jee mains or u have to apply for an entrance exam conducted by the college named as CGET, in which the students has been provided the courses which they are obted for according to their rank in cget and jee mains.

Faculty

There are around 90 students in a group and faculty can only interact with fewer students. The faculty member are somehow helpful in some aspects but not in all aspects. There are some teachers who are ready to solve the queries or problems of the students.

Placements are like if u study its sure u will get a placement but if u got distracted and got in anything else so placement will not be urs.avg 6 8 Lpa,highest 55lpa but if u have heard of iter fraud news they just did fraud placements like by paying high amount of money to get in placement exam. many companies like TCS INFOSYS GOOGLE MICROSOFT ACCENTURE DELOITTE etc come every year. placement rate is 80 90%

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for internship but after 4th sem the students are eligible for Plecement. More the 95% students get the placements. Highest package is aprox Rs.4300000 and lowest is 300000. My plan is for higher studies after getting degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate five out of five about the curriculum of the giet university because it is more updated in comparison of other universities of odisha. The exams are taken in the gap of one and a half month. There is no need to update the curriculum

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of this university is updated and they conduct regularly test. The timing for 2 cycle tests is about one and a half month and the semester exam is conducted after 2nd cycle test. The level of exam is quite good and anyone can secure Good marks if they try hard

Placements are good here, I don't know much about it because right now I'm in first year only. But according to seniors the placement training starts from 3rd or 2nd year as compared to the course duration and even they have on campus and off campus placement also and the avg placement in of 4 lac.

ITER SOA is quite intimidating!!

Placement Experience:

IBM, Siemens, Philips and many other companies and even the chio makers and computer makers are also one of the main share holders in placements. For CSE department the average placements are of 15-20 lakhs but for our department the average drops down to 6 lakhs per annum.

A Balanced Blend of Learning, Growth and Campus Life at CVRGU

I chose C V Raman Global University due to its placement, less fees and modern infrastructure and updated curriculum.
