Training given by the teachers is good compared to other colleges
Basketball team is great. They are going for many tournaments

Dislikes

There is no campus in this college. Very small area
It is very strict than schools. There are lot of procedures.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because i was interested in physics and mathematics in school level more than biology. The timing of examinations are actually not good. We completes our semester in 4 out of 6 months.

Class Size : 66Course Fees : INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience :

Campus placements are offered in this college.Computer science department have very good placements and almost everyone gets in. The placements in core branches are less compared to computer science but good companies are offering positions.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are scholarships for certain number of students based on mathematics score in school level. I had above 95% and have scholarship. I have to pay tution fees of 8500 per semester and 35100 as other fees per year.

Campus Life :

In the aspect of infrastructure there is no campus life. But there are many clubs and they have many activities , competitions, hackathons etc. Opportunities are provided sufficiently. Annual sports meet spark and cultural fest varnam are in months of march and april

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is fair. There are 2 options- 4 shared and 2 shared. 4200 is mess fee per month and 4300 is rent per month for 2 shared and 2200 for 4 shared. There is an extra cost of 300 per month as utility fee. A room contains one cot ,one cupboard , one table and chair for each student. Food menu is average.

Hostel Fee : INR 98000 per year

Admission :

Since i had good marks i got selected in the management quota before the government's allotment. The students who applied were given ranks on the basis of marks and from top to bottom each students were called upon to select the desired branch of study.

Faculty :

The faculty members in almost every department have eligible qualifications. There are many experienced teachers along with newly joined ones. Most of the teachers are interactive with the students. They are approachable.

Placement Experience:

Students can avail placenta from the 7th semester where a lot of companies are available. I don't know about the highest package but all of them are pretty decent. Most of the packages are IT and sales.

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

Placement for Students are provided on the final semester that is the 8th semester. Placement for mechanical engineering fluctuates based on the outside industry depending on the market. SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
