Likes
- The best thing I like about the college is the versatile timings of the college they don't force you to come early and don't let exist before 4:30PM like other universities.
- The third thing in university that I like is the social life in the University. The students of SRMU aren't stressed as other universities in Lucknow.
- I like the cultural and social fests of the University. Mainly their Annual fest Anubhuti is the best event I've seen .
Dislikes
- The thing I dislike is there is very low competency among the students. Some Teachers are good while many teachers don't have good expertise
- The management of University makes the good decisions but they aren't executed on the ground.
- Architecture wise it's not good it is still in development stage.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum in the University is the best curriculum I've seen as they focus on every aspect of curriculum on their syllabus. The curriculum is great but the execution of it isn't not great its their problem. They can improve by increasing the strictness among the students. The main improvement area for the curriculum is that they should update it accordingly to industry standards The difficulty of exams is moderate if u are avg student then u can pass the exam easily.
Placement Experience
The placement seen of the college isn't good this session because of the recession. Students can become eligible for placement in the last sem of their course. Multiple no. Of companies visit every year in the campus. Average package of University is between 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per annum Avg 70-80percent of eligible students get placed. My plan after degree is to get a good job in the it sector.
Fees and Financial Aid
I got a waiver of 7,500rs in first year. My total fees per year is 82000 and 5000 caution money . Students can avail State government scholarship facilities if they are eligible and university also provide scholarship based on your cgpa.
Campus Life
One of the highlights of SRMU is its vibrant campus life, enriched by cultural fests and events that foster a strong sense of community and provide students with opportunities to showcase their talents
Admission
The eligibility of admission is if u've got 45% marks then u can get admission here. U can avail the admission form online as well as ofline in srmu campus admin. The exam's difficulty level isn't too hard it's moderate they also take internal tests every month per sem 3 times.
Faculty
The good to average faculty ratio is 50-50 here some Teachers are extremely qualified and they teach like god but main problem is Some of them are really strict. they have PHD in subject. They don't even explain the topic properly as they think we understand. Though they explain you what you ask about.
