Big campus, amazing sports, good canteen.

Dislikes

There are not much dislikings but yes there should generatore in the college as whenever there is a powercut we need to study without even fans running

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed bba finance as specialization and it was really good, giving a practical life teaching experience really helping today in my job as well , what i suggest is there should be some sessions from outsiders who is working in corporate , to give students more practical experience

Internships Opportunities

I am working in the company as a business developer in mohali company name is ucodesoft solutions. Firstly they offered me internship in campus placement and after that they hired me for full time role

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 20000 per semester and there are 6 semester so total fees will be around 120000 and yes they do provide scholarships, there are different categories whether its caste or percentage or EWS category

Campus Life

Yes for my stream there is a fest called biz tech and many more i dont remember the name but yes there is lot , there is one enterprenurship program aswell giving students knowledge of how to open a startup

Hostel Facilities

Inside room there are two beds 2 almiras 2 chairs and 1 table for study, meals are pretty good simple and hygienic For registration we have to apply during the admissions process and yes a really great park for students

Admission

Eligibility was 12th in any stream and it was a bit difficult for students outside chandigarh to take admissions and the cutoffs are very very high and there are reservations benefits but i didnt availed it .

Faculty

Yes , its really good, teachers always solves hour doubts and always assits you in your career goals, the motivates us , the arranges campus placements for us and guide us on how we can perform well there.

We have to fill a form where we agree to join the placement cell opportunity when companies arrive. As so many big companies arrive the chances of success is less. Course Curriculum Overview:

Relevance of course is all theory but if we talk of it for real world it's not much that. Course should be more focused towards skill builder and not reading only. No practical hand experience over computer applications that are actually needed like excel advance or formulas. BBA generally offers various specialisation in the last year but they only have HR and if anybody wants to go for other options like marketing or finance which are basic for all they try to get them enrolled in HR ONLY. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO BRING MARKETING OR FINANCE FACULTY FOR STUDENTS.

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester Students Are Eligible For Placements. Companies Like Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank And IBM. All The Placement Info Is On The Website Itself But The Requirement To Sit in Placements Is Atleast 75% Score In All Of The Sems Combined. My Score Was Not Above 75 So I'm Going For Off Campus Jobs.

First of all this college is most renowned college of the Tricity and Being Government aided College it has it own importance . And if anyone of students is getting admission in this college , no one would have deny the opportunity. I have got admission in other colleges too but I preferred this college for its various facilities provided. For admission process you have to apply via centralised admission portal where you get the admission on the basis of your merit which is a sound method according to me.
