The campus placement was above average compared to other colleges. From the sixth semester itself the campus placement starts. There were some companies visited the college to hire the students. The average package was about 2.5 to 3 lps

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee increase policy was not a such a thing in our college there will be same fee throughout all year of degree. The complete cost of education and services and other charges were not very expensive.

Campus Life

There were many cultural and technical fests conducted during each semester. In every year there will be fests conducted by all branches of the college. The library was well managed and kept in good condition

Admission

The eligibility of the course will be according to the rank of cet .The entrance exam will be based on the previous education. The complete admission process will be taken care by the education department of Karnataka

The faculty to students ratio was good . The teaching faculty was good . The faculty's credentials and their approach to teaching and mentorship was good. The interaction between teachers was good and they were very friendly

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered.
