Life at REVA

As this course is related to IT field . They have subjects like software engineering, computer networks etc which is very much beneficial for computer industry. They have assessment every months to test our knowledge and sem end exam at the end of semester. They also provide us with one global certification each semester

I have not joined any internship through college but there are many companies that provided internship with good stipend. Some of which are societe general, caze labs, IBM ,spectra etc. The stipend provided was around 25000

There are many opportunities provided by the university. In which I got selected in 2 companies, in which one is Accenture. They offered me a 4.5lpa job. We can participate in placements from 2nd sem itself. Companies visited are Accenture, IBM, Tech mahindra, Maple Labs, and many more. Around 25 companies visited the campus including technical and non technical. As of now, only 60 students out of 180 are placed

As I have enrolled through cet exams my fees was 90000 per year where as if you directly admit without entrance exam it is 175000 per year. They also provide students with scholarship with good marks. They have provided lot of placement opportunities in which I got selected for 2 companies.

We have a annual grand festival held that is Revotsava which will be held around April Or may. Hackathon and other things will be taking place regularly. We can freely access libraries with our id. We have projectors in each classrooms. Reva is very good at sports

They are many varieties of room that is 4 sharing, 3 sharing etc also AC and non AC. They have a mess that provide 4 meals that is breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The food is prepared by head chefs. And with good quality. The cupboards in hostel are a little small for 4 sharing.

As I had taken the entrance exam., the cut off for REVA was 1200 for 2A category in which my rank was 720 . They had provided a online slip through which half amount was already paid and rest of the amount were asked to pay in the college itself. It was smooth and every thing was well explained and guided by the co ordinator.

Faculties here are all well trained and experts in their particular domain. Most of them are PHD holders which make them highly professional. They are very interactive with student during class hours as well as during off hours. We can contact them anytime and they respond very calmly
