Likes
- There are faculties. They do imitate teaching. It's not their thing. They should be doing something else.
- Some teachers are really cool,,almost all students studying under them appreciate them. They are fun. Their period don't seem to be one period long and they are good at teaching.
Dislikes
- Most of the things here are not applicable. Teachers are rude and dumb. They just read you ppts in the name of teaching.
Course Curriculum Overview
Yeah, the curriculum seems modern. It includes new areas and topics. It relates to real world applications . Area of improvement could be in designing how to approach the topic, how to give the much required connection of the topic to the students. Exams, class test, sessional exams are conducted. So, the frequency of exams here is quite good
Placement Experience
Campus do provide placements but no big companies come here. Fromr 3rd students are prepared for placements. Around 30 companies visited and around 70 offers are made. Highest package is 48 lpa and average package is around 4-5 lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee is around 67000 Rs , seems moderate considering the fact that this college is private and autonomous. There are government scholarship available here, but difficult to get one if you are of general category. There are a lot more opportunities for girls. Higher college officials say this openly that they are biased for girls in each and every perspect.
Campus Life
Campus life here is shit. They don't even organised a freshers party, because they thought it would be such a indisciplinary event. They despise students social life. Two events happened this academic year, sports events are good but students may be selected on the basis of connections. But the technical events are more biased, even the winners can be chosen by club president. Here faculty and system don't support such events, they don't allow students to go prepare for event or do rehearsal. They will deduct your attendance for such act
Hostel Facilities
Hostel room facilities are moderate. Meal quality is below average or very much average. Registeration process is so entangled, you will have a bad headache after the allotment. And Hostels here are affordable.
Admission
You can apply for admission here by two means, directly or by counselling. For counseling you are required to have certain jee mains percentile to get this college. For direct admission, you have to come here in campus and based on your 12th percentage you will be admitted in respective branches.
Faculty
Most of the teachers either have completed their PhD or they are doing it. Faculty to students ratio is 1 to 68 or 69. Their teaching approach is quite not upto good standard. Most of the teachers believe in reading ppts.
