A honest review on College of engineering and technology, Bhubaneswar

Civil engineering course is very vast and pratical based. So student have to take care of there pratical knowledge and have to clear there theory paper. The frequency of exam is 5.5 month each sem and each semester have a mid semester exam.

For civil engineering ACITE (Govt. Internship) They are having various projects depending on which work is going on like enviornmental issue, structural work or design work. Stipend is around 10k-30k .

Students are eligible at 6th sem for pre placement application and in 7th and 8th sem students are eligible for campus placement For civil engineering course L&t ,Adani, Pradhan, Jindal these core companies are visiting the campus.Other non core companies also select students from civil engineering branch like Accenture,TCS, Deloitte, K-Fintech etc. Average Package:- 4.5 L- 10L As per my interest I'll go after Higher study in my field.

For day students per semester fees is -16500/- For hostelites students it's 22500/- per semester. The complete fees Structure was 2.5L for 4 years . Including every thing. There's is a college scholarship for scholar students.

Annual fest like cultural fest X-tasy, Technocultural fest Perception . Sports fest Engineers Cup. Beside these three there are many small fest happening in different clubs like Zariza, TDA, Amuza ,Arpigeo, Spectrum,ED cell , photo factory etc. Overlay experience was very good. Library accessibility is very good there is a common library also every branch has there own library, reading room .

There is Two girls hostel and Two boys hostel. Girls hostels are Kasturba halls and residence and kalpana chawala halls and residence. Each room alloted by 2 student mess is very good than other hostel they have different day different menu . For girls every one gets hostel accomodation. For boys there are Ramanujan halls and residence and APJKR same food as girls hostel.

Fir addmission OJEE and JEE entrance will allowed. 45% in 10th and 12th . There's also reservation. Exam paper and it's difficulty level was always depend on teacher and the subject. Addmission application always find in ojee council.

Faculty are very interactive to students. They teach with experience and research. Faculty and students ratio is 1:2 . Each subjects have 2 3 faculty. They also participate and attend all student functions to know there problem and slove them
