Placement - Marwari College offers good placement compare to other goverment colleges in ranchi and it has good placement record
Attendence - You dont have to regularly come classes,even students with 14% 15% attendence are writting exams

Dislikes

Short Campus- It has very short campus, even it does not have canteen, playground

I applied for BCA in this college but didn't get BCA because I didn't score well in the entrance exam. So I choose Bsc IT from this college. As we all know the rapid growth of the IT sector, it was also a reason for choosing this college.Curriculum consists of various programming languages like c, c++, java , python

Internships Opportunities

Various companies offer internships like IBM and many more companies offer various roles all these offer come through placement cells. It offers roles like web designers, Backend developers and many more.

Placement Experience

Students from last semester become eligible for campus placement. Many Company like tcs,wipro,tech mahindra visits for campus placement.The Highest package is offered from Sap labs which is arround 4.8 to 5 lpa per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure is very minimal, it is 15000 per year for Vocational courses and also feel the structure does not hike much. The complete course fee is 4k5 to 50k for 3 years. It also gives scholarships to backward-class students

Campus Life

Literally, there are no annual functions held here. Only 1 2 functions held here and technical functions are held here like science exhibition, debate. It consists of two libraries one is for ug and the other is for pg, which only consists of various course books. There is only one class in our dept with smart class and labs with 40 to 45 systems are there. Student-run social group like ABVP runs various programs here.

Admission

Eligibility of course is 10+2 science stream with maths from any recognised board. For admission, you have to fill application form and seats are 230 for BCA, Bsc IT, and Bsc CS. If there is more applications then seats the entrance exam will be taken, if seats are not filled then direct admission is done

Faculty

It has very less teacher like in our vocational dept. We have 500 students and only 6 to 7 teachers. The faculty is very experience and teaches good. They teaches you nicely,answer your doubts,problems in regarding subjects and they will solve it.And placement cell is also very active,they offer you lot of opportunity.

Sarala Birla University is a nice choice for UG courses

Placement Experience:

When I went to college's orientation program, they showed a data in which more than 90% students placed last year. I don't know the exact but there were only few students last year but from our batch, the number of students increased hugely. So, I guess there will be an decline in placement ratio. According to college and some seniors, some big companies visited in college and they hire meritious students. Average package is around 6L which is decent.

Placements are really good for my department. From Semester 4 th you all are ready to get placed as company visits in an even semester. The companies visited are DeloitteUsi, Capgemini, Tcs, Wipro, EY, and Byjus many more...you just need to be attentive. The highest package till now is 10 lpa and the average is 3 lpa And there are placement coordinators who help you in guidance. Almost 75 to 80 percent gets placed with low to average packages.
