Likes

The facilities are quiet basic and normal
The campus has a very wide range of crowd
Teachers are reasonable and attendance is chill

Dislikes

Very small campus without my demanding features
Location Is near factories so not much to do after college
Placement had a big dip from the last 3 years

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very diverse for the 2nd year students but in first the first year students in engineering there are only basic subjects like English,Maths, Chemistry, physics etc .So,I would say cariculum is balanced

Fees and Financial Aid

My college is comparatively much affordable from many government engineering colleges as the four years fees in less then five lakh rupees whereas as many government engineering colleges change ten to twelve lakhs , whereas private colleges may exceed till twenty lakhs as well

Campus Life

As the fees is low we all the to compromise with college life as the college is only around 25 acres and all the basic facilities are provided to the students like workshops ,lab, ground, cafeteria,etc etc

Admission

Admission is done based on your jee mains rank with 75 percent reservation for Haryana students. The cutoff for IT branch is 60k and the last cutoff is 4 lakhs in environmental engineering. The counselling in proceed under HTSE and is of both offline and online mode

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of my department are good and pass the individuals but they have some lack in experience as well as teaching level. There are very less senior teachers and some times classes allotted to them.

Placements are offered in our college, infact the focus of college has recently increased overall. In my College placement are quietly impressive. Placements and interships begins after 6th sem. The college has a dedicated training and placement cell that conducts pre placement training including mock interview , aptitude etc. the average package of my College is around 4 to 5 LPA.

My admission process was smooth and I didn't face any difficulty in that. I gave an exam JEE MAINS and on basis of ranks I got YMCA and my desired field that is Computer Engineering with specialization in data science. Application forms and date of admission and other necessary information is given on the website timely. JC Bose University, YMCA -- best college

The eligibility of our college is having to jee rank along with 75% in boards. Then we have to register in HSTES counseling which is for Haryana's' govt colleges and then maintain the priority list of branches and colleges in sequence. Reservation helps a lot in the first two counseling rounds but the third and fourth counseling rounds are open counseling rounds for the left seats. For btech , one need to first clear the jee mains entrance examination, after clearing for counselling process you need to participate in HSTES counseling. You can visit HSTES website and fill the application form there itself and apply for different colleges and branches and will be sorted as per your rank n given schedule on that website itself again .
