The campus is huge you can explore around it is very nice
There are a lot of extra curricular activities and clubs you can join

Dislikes

The faculty , some professors are amazing but a few are not well equipped with teaching and can make the classes very boring

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall curriculum is 70% similar to that of BCA It teaches you the basics of computer and a few computer languages like C, a little bit of C++, Java and python They will teach ethical hacking, artificial intelligence and machine learning

The college is supposed to provide internship in the last or 8th semester for every student Paid and unpaid both types of internships may be available depending on your overall attendance and marks in college

Fees and Financial Aid

During admission we had to give around One lakh Twenty Thousand rupees including the fees for first semester And after that you have to pay Fifty seven thousand every semester within the alloted time or there will be late fine

Campus Life

There aren't any fest held in this college There is a decent library with required books Well equipped labs are there There are a lot of extra curricular activities and clubs to join like archery, film, music, football, cricket, etc

I had to give the CET exam(previously known as the WBUT exam) After the exams we gave our choice of the courses and colleges we wanted and then post declaration of ranks we were alloted our college and course After I got this allotment I had to visit the college and had a personal interview with principal sir then we submitted the fees and got admission

Some teachers are very nice and very educated and they can teach very well but a few teachers are not well equipped with teaching and can make the classes very boring A lot of teachers have completed their higher education and have or are getting their PhD

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
