Likes
- Things I liked about my college are mainly the supportive faculties and there teaching process. Our college keeps on digitalising consistently. Applying smart tv and projector in the classrooms have developed the teaching quality of the department
- Our college is also known for it's fests, the Euforia festival is worth visiting. These fests are held every year in the month of January and February. After the Euforia, Computer department also organises an tech fest known as HACKATHON.
Dislikes
- The travelling during summers as the heat and dust throughout the travel are an issue
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is an individual decision but I would like to suggest to apply more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. Examinations of a semester starts from IA-1, IA-2, PRELIMINARY and then the final exams
Placement Experience
Campus placements begin in the final year only and not earlier than that. Various companies visit our campus every year to recruit the students before there final year exams. There is also an job fair where many companies visit our college at the same time and recruit the students
Fees and Financial Aid
When I took admission in the college the fee was around 100k and now it has slightly increased around 4k for the professional courses like engineering. Currently the fee for final year is 104700 approx
Campus Life
For extra curricular activities pillais are known for it. The are many clubs that held workshops and seminars for the student to develop the skills. Popular clubs like Computer society of India and Google Developer Students Club.
Admission
The admission process is quite simple and easy as there are co ordinators that help you out in admission process. Each department has around 3-4 individuals to help the students and there respective parents during the process of admission.
Faculty
Considering the Computer department of our college, the faculty members are quiet friendly and supportive. The faculty-to-student ratio is good and the faculty members always supports any new idea Even our HOD is very supportive, she was our guide for final year project . The students can interact with faculty in any free time.
