Likes
- It has no pressure for exams, just write 4 exams and 3 online MCQs exams for internals.
- It do not require regular attendence of 75% or 80%. I have hardly attended college for 15-20 days (exam days included) till now
- Decent teachers, teachers are not as worse as it can get in normal Bcom government college
Dislikes
- Parking space is a bit far from the college campus, students have to take a walk till the parking which is around 1km
- Public in this college mostly belongs from the outskirts of ahemdabad and other small cities of Gujarat, not a fun place to attend your regular college
- No AC, ony fans that to 7 per classroom of 100-150 students. In summers it gets unberably hot.
Course Curriculum Overview
The factor that influenced me to take this course is that it's Bcom after all and it's like a mandatory cours Areas that these can Improve is their study material, accounting and economics. This things are kind of our dated Exams are taken 4 times a year, 2 sems one internal and external each sem. (Also has 2 vivas for external exams)
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship programmes are not available since it already is a government college and fees are already at the minimum level Fees if approx ?8k per sem and 8 sems in total. So the total fees over periods of 4 years is ?64k. Moreover, campus placement is better not to opt for because is a B com after all
Campus Life
Fests are organised by college yearly such as sports week, navratri and many more I do not attend college on regular basis and so I don't have any idea about the social life but I would recommend it's better not to attend college regularly There are no clubs in this college.
Admission
Eligibility is 12th pass Application forms and dates were found from Gujarat University website (it's centralised) Reservation benefits are do available because it's a goverment college after all. I would rate Difficulty level of exams at 4/10. Exams are really easy. Can pass even with 1 day of studies.
Faculty
On a class of 100-150 students, there is a single faculty at a time for each subject. Hence teacher to student rationis better not asked. Teaching skills of faculties is quite decent. Student can approach to the faculties at any point of time given that the facilities are free at that time
