Likes

The quality of infrastructure including amenities and learning facilities are very good. Libraries are provided with each and every book needed.
The effectiveness of the placement services is nice. Many companies visit here for campus placement like wipro, tcs etc

Dislikes

The very one thing i like dislike about this college is hall giveb to us are not at all mentained.
We have to give money for booking our own hall. The amount 1500 is taken.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is very good. Biotechnology itself deals with making new initiatives for the development from biological things. It's meaning made me choose this curriculum. Practicals are conducted as it is a Practical based course. And teaches makes sure the each of us have performed the Practicals. Timing of exams quietly runs slowly since we are under ranchi university batch.

Class Size: 94Course Fees: INR 21000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship and workshop have been provided here from akriti biotech, pathology labs and etc. Projects and presentation have been given weekly to improve the students. Everyone learns many thing from class presentation as it was baesd on the syllabus topic.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our course fees structure is 9500 per semester which means 19000 per year not including exam fees. Our exam fees is 700 per semester exam, that is 1400. Total amount is 20400. The best thing is we got our money back through e kalyan scholarship.

Campus Life

Infrastructure are good overall only halls provided for activites are not well maintained. Washrooms are cleaned by workers everyday. We've been provided smart class rooms. Ncc and Nss runs good here.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is 12th pass in biology field with 55% of marks. Application form is provided in college. Application fees is 500 with 350 migration charge. Reservation benefits are availabled. ST and SC have genuinely low fees and Bpl student's too. The frequency of timing is quiet good. Exam have easy questions. Everything is good in admission process

Faculty

Teachers are very interactive and nice. They solve each of our questions and doubts. The give us notes of each of our paper according to syllabus. They weekly conduct presentation to make us bright on this kind of presentation field. They inform us about everything like I'm biotechnology student, i learn about biotechnology here but i get information about everything like sports, social, geography, chem, etc because whatever is concerned with our syllabus topic they cover everything irrespective of what field that specific topic hold.

Decent choice for Hazaribagh and it's local area

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I was good at the chemistry that's why I chooses to continue this in higher studies as well. The faculty-student Ratio for chemistry (Hons) is fair enough we have a class of almost 80 students for which there are 4 chemistry teachers. Facilities are qualified enough they have studied MSc while their teaching method is not very well because used to write a theory on board and ask you to copy it without explanation and then Is anyone has doubted this thing is so ridiculous in this college. Semester exams are to be conducted at end of the semester (6th month) by the university but there is no proper management sometimes it takes as long as 9-12 months and sometimes as frequently as 3-4 months. There is Mid Sem exams are also conducted by the college.
