Likes

I liked the atmosphere and the natural aspects around the college
The college provides excellent hostel facilities and nutritious food
The college take students to many exposure visits for practical learning of students

Dislikes

The fees structure is little bit high ..also they collect fines for late payment of fees
There is no wifi connection in the hostel..and the hostel is also situated in slow network coverage area
The college atmosphere is a little bit confusing with so much halls in the same name

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has a very strong and effective curriculum which covers all the aspects of agricultural.Not only agriculture but also it covers the various allied aspects and subjects related to agriculture which helps the students to learn agriculture in a full fledged manner

Class Size: 93Course Fees: INR 154000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is of two types .one is management and other one is counselling through University.For management students they charge 2,10,000 INR per year with hostel fees included ..For counselling students they charge 1,74,000 per year.concessions for first graduate also available .They also offer scholarship through government in year basis

Campus Life

The college will conduct various functions in a yearly basis.The library has around 3000 books and journal.The college runs around 12 clubs with all students enrolled themselves in anyone of the clubs

Hostel Facilities

A room consists of four members.There will be two fans and two lights and 4 beds in a room.The hostel has a tasty and nutritious food menu with weekly twice non veg food.The toilets are cleaned 4 times in a week and maintained cleanly

Admission

After the 12 result had released , students should apply for the Tamilnadu Agricultural University website ,they will call the applied students for counselling and allot colleges for the students based on 12th cut off.

Faculty

Teaching faculties are very much talented and experienced who makes the subject easy to learn ..and also they clear the doubts of the students immediately without any hesitation ..not only in class hours students can ask doubts through WhatsApp and phone calls even after college time

This course have the last two semester that is the fourth year as all India study tour rave and experiential learning in which you have no exams from the TNAU by rather than focusing on field in our experiences of the student by the students are placed upon in particular village allotted to area office so the students would face the struggles and experience of an agricultural officer in field level and get contact with the farmer and intraway we also get many certificates it will be useful for as career in all India study tour we are exposed to various states and cities of total India we will travel to various station in located in all over the country and we also get a huge exposure to it in inexperiential learning we are allowed to choose two modules in which one for one subject based upon the college this providing at the time we get exposure up on the practical and the industrial aspects of how to produce something either in the field of agriculture Horticulture aquaculture poultry etcetera. Clampes you based upon agriculture aspect and it is also useful for UPSC aspirants too improvements is that you can add some transportation facilities from main city to this college because it's located in the rural area and also there are need to be more labs of higher advanced the exam is for two and half for a 40 marks of the final year exam and the practical exam maybe depend upon external who comes mostly it is also around some three hours and The Viva may extend up to many time based upon external and the midsem for 1 hour

Course Curriculum Overview:

In agriculture what you study in the books is not fully applicable in the field. The practical knowledge that the college provides is not up to the mark. 2.5 hrs practical classes must be engaged better. Every semester there will be 10-13 courses, each consisting theory and practicals. A mid-semester exam(20 marks) is conducted halfway through the semester. The practical exams(40 marks) are first conducted and there will be no gap between the exams. After this with one or two days gap the theory exams(40 marks)are also conducted daily like the practicals.

Placement Experience:

Only after 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement but without arrears. Bayers , Tata Rallis, auxin bio science, this are fertilizer companies . They only conducted interview for marketing category. Average package 40000-50000 . Low number of students only choose placement most of all chosen higher studies. Job or entrepreneur

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in studying science. Student:faculty ratio is 40:450 Phd scholar only teach through projector rarely used board to teach One or two MSC scholar also teach Midsem conduct for 20 marks, practical exam for 40 marks, sem end exam conducted for 60 marks. Totally we have to take 65 marks to pass. That is more difficult. because there is no time to study full syllabus

There are nearly 30 pvt. Clgs in tamilnadu.But this is the only college which is started earlier.so the number of passet out is many. College infrastructure is also good while comparing with other pvt. Colleges.It is the only pvt. Clg to have ICAR accreditations in tamilnadu.one can opt PG entrance exam only if the clg is accredited with ICAR according to latest notifications.Hence this is the only private college with ICAR accreditation.The only college without uniforms.We also have atleast 5 outdoor tours during each semester.Final years will have ALL INDIA tour for 25 days....Read More
