- The campus is very peaceful and clean. Its clean 2 times per day
- Campus social life is very good, there are regular events taking place in college
- The quality of infrastructu is very good and it has all thr necessary amenities
Dislikes
- Campus is small there isnt much to explore.
- Ragging does happen in the hostels but nothing harmful
- The mess food is very bad and repeated again and again.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very relevant. Its same over all the state colleges of telangana. I think it really helps the student to be prepared for his future practice. Exams are conducted once every 3 months and they are tough.
Internships Opportunities
A mandatory twelve months internship is provided by the college in the same hospital. We get paid about 25 to 30k as stipend for 12months. During these 12 months all the departments are covered ensuring a complete clinical exposure.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee is about 30k per year in 1st year and 12k in subsequent years. The complete cost of education will account for around 1lakh due the course of mbbs and we can apply for state scholarships which pay for the hostel and tution fee.
Campus Life
There is a annual fest every September and they will be multiple festive events like holi, rangoli, diwali etc. There will also be freshers and graduation etc to thr respective year student. There are clubs too in the college.
Hostel Facilities
A bed mattress and a cupboard are provided along with a sharing room of 3 in the first year which changes in subsequent years. The mess food is quiet average and is local cuisine only. The hostel costs 20k per year
Admission
We need to complete mandatory 10+12th education with biology major and then write neet entrance exam and crack it to make it into the college. The counseling fee is around 12k. We need to pass the cutoff to get seat in the college
Faculty
The faculty and student ratio is very good. They all are doctors and very well qualified enough to teach here. They are very approachable and friendly. They encourage us to ask questions. We interact with them everyday.
