- Less number of canteens in the campus . Their is no non veg canteen as well
- Hostel restrictions for girls. The intime and many other things
- Girls to boys ratio in engineering colleges is generally low
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college curriculum nowis following the new education policy which is totally a new experience for both the teachers and the students.however the curriculum is not as that affected by the policy. Some new things are added subsequently. The curriculum consits of mid semester examination followed by practical and end semester examination
Placement Experience
Studies generally go for internship in the 6th semester whilefor placements students from 7th semester can sit in placement. Their are various companies that visit our campus. Students getting placed varies from branch to branch generally the students who gets placed varies from 80 to 85 percentage. After getting the degree and placement my plan is to do the job ...
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure varies on various criterias . Some of them are caste , income certificate, PWD , ees category and state scholarship. The state scholarships are usually provided every year by the government. The cost of education for a semester for a general category student is around 94 thousand rupees
Campus Life
The college hota one annual cultural fest Called culrav and one technical fest Called Avishkar. In these fests students gets numerous opportunities to showcase their talents both in cultural and academic fields. The books and journals available in the library are vast. one can read in the library and can also borrow the same book for 2 consecutive weeks . The classrooms are well furnished with air conditioners and furnitures. Our college somewhere lags more sports opportunities. There are many cultural and technical clubs and commities where students can showcase their talents .
Hostel Facilities
The hostel room is a double shared one from the 2nd year whereas in 1st year we get a triple sharing room. The room consists of a bed , a study table with a chair , a fan and an almirah to keep all our stuff. The mess provides us 4 meals in a day, breakfast lunch snacks and dinner . the quality of food is good though. We also get milk day and night . The hostel are affordable it costs only 12k for a semester.
Admission
The entrance examination through which we get an admission in this college is through Jee and Dasa . After giving the examination we were given percentile corresponding to which ranks were declared.. the cutoff for the college varies according to branch and category u belong to . Reservation benifits are quite good . The admission process was smooth going. We participated in josaa councelling through which we came to know which all colleges can be allotted to us based on our rank . Their were physical registration process
Faculty
Faculty in our college are all well qualified and are excellent in their field..they are supportive and encourages us to do well. They teaches well all the concepts however the student and teacher ratio is not that good . Teachers are easily approachable we can ask them doubts during the college premises
